Shout out to Carlos, Francisco and Kat for helping me with the mistakes that Sunnyvale VW messed up on. They not only went above and beyond with their services but their friendliness and attitude were so pleasant. I highly recommend this VW dealership over the Sunnyvale or any other one.

Juho and Jesus are amazing! My car got stolen a day before I came in. As a full time student and full time worker, my car is basically my life. I spent all night and morning looking for an affordable car. I got pre-approved on the website and then called the dealership to check on it. Juho kept me informed throughout the whole process and told me I got approved for the car two hours later! The process was so quick and seamless - as soon as I got there, I was able to drive the car. Then waited a few minutes to do all of the paperwork. He even gave me a charger to use because my phone was dying. I was able to get a pretty good deal and I couldn't love my car more! They are both very genuine and truly care about their customers.

I choose this dealership because it was where I leased the car. I sent it in due to a recall notice. Service was overall good but I am disappointed that customer ride was restricted to ten miles from dealership. The agent was kind enough to provide the service even my residence is 16 miles away. Dealership should provided the 2 way ride service because VW recalled the car for inspection. After all the trouble for me to send in the car.

Lying , unprofessional, scam artists ! Oh wait , what else can I expect from a car dealership ! Went in to buy out my vw lease with a cashiers cheque - oh sir wait we need to run your credit , I am like no you don't .. he backtracks and say - oh yea we don't . The sales guy behind the computer ( one who acts and thinks he is smart and super powerful ) , what's the 995 fee ? It's the CPO fee . Is it mandatory ? Yes .. himm .. so I get 2 years of warranty with it right ? No you don't . Then cooks up something about the year and says , oh it's 2021 - so yes you will have 2 years warranty but that's an additional Cost . This 995 is now the lease buyout fee , we charge and we give 2 years of maintenance .. And the lies continue .. after a while I called them out on them and he gets defensive - oh sir thank you and points to the door .. I am not even going to include the blatant racial discrimination .. anyways hope he felt good for I did not loose anything :)

When I buy a car I like a quick in and out experience without the typical car salesmen spiel. I bought a car from Arthur Fang three years ago and told him that I don't want to deal with any sale people. He instantly cut to the chase and I was out of there within an hour. As a result of that prior experience I went back and asked for Arthur and had the same great experience as I drove off with my second purchase.

The friendly service agent, Cindy, did an excellent job coordinating the ordering of parts, scheduling drop-off, overseeing the job, and preparing the car for delivery, all to perfection. Great service overall. We appreciate it. Looking forward to the next service visit.

I have one word amazing! This dealership was by far the best dealership I've dealt with. I was looking to purchase a car inches but the car I was looking at sold fast,juho kept in contact with me, and I was finally able to purchase a car yesterday. I did everything online before I even went in the store. I brought my trade-in to the dealership and I was able to pick up my new car same day even detailed it, which is amazing.,Hugo helped me during the whole process he was very nice and helpful. He help me so much. I was previously getting denied by other dealerships and he went above and beyond to help me. I definitely recommend coming to the dealership and look for juho. You won't regret working with him. He definitely cares about his customers.

I would like to give your Service Advisor, Mr. Brent Callahan, a personal 5 star rating. I arrived @ Capitol VW on a Saturday after several failed attempts from Stevens Creek VW to remedy my problem. Brent took things into his own hands and took care of meright on the spot. He arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle, and promised to have my car ready by the following Thursday. To my surprise, I received a call from Brent on that Thursday indicating that my car was ready for pick up. He even went beyond the original scope of work and identified several other issues with my car that were under warranty that were taken care of. This kind of service generally does not take place in 2023. Brent should be commended for an overall excellent customer experience. Because of this, going forward, I will now be getting all my service done at Capitol VW!!

Looking for a commuter car in the area and we arrived at this dealership. My family and I were approached by Conner M. He was patient and attentive. He allowed us time to inspect and test drive the vehicle. He spoke to us about the vehicle's history which helped us make a decision without any pressure. The finance process was streamlined digitally and the sales advisor helped to make it a simple and pleasant purchase. Thanks Connor and Capitol Volkswagen for the outstanding customer service!

Brent was fantastic! He gets the 5 out of 5!! The rest of the staff gave lots of excuses for the mistakes that were made and never apologized. I was talking to the sales manager on duty, a middle aged shorter man without hair, and he cut me off and laughed and me when I was speaking. It definitely felt like deliberate disrespect and I had to say multiple times “I’m not done speaking”. Is this how you train male managers to treat women? Very poor treatment for having spent over $23,000 on my car.

Ive been working with this dealership for over three years now and although I had minor issues with the service department, the dealership was attentive to my needs once my concerns were raised. Uwanah was my salesperson and he definitely made my first experience with buying a car easy. He always had my financial needs in mind and didn't pressure me into doing anything. He was easy to contact and was on top of the things I'd bring to his attention with. I would also like to say the service team actually did an amazing job to fix the issues I was dealing with, and as I mentioned, I had a rough start with getting some things fixed, but the team was very helpful and accommodating to me. Brett is amazing and the whole team as well.

Selection was better than most dealers in the Bay Area. My salesperson,Lori, provided outstanding customer support and was 110% efficient promptly addressing my questions and concerns. The ease of online communication was greatly appreciated. My time is valuable to me and Lori helped me minimize the amount of time I spent in the Finance Office closing the deal. Lori’s level of customer support is why I chose Capitol VW over the many dealers offering similar deals MUCH closer to my house. Overall a fantastic buying experience and a wonderful car… A++++

excellent service by the service manager Patty and the mechanic on timely finishing up my car. One comment I have for the dealership is to have some rental cars to help the customers. My son and I had to go to the Enterprise on Pearl ave to rent a car but why not have some rentals for the customer? I don't mind paying for the rental but not having it doesn't make sense to me? The service overall is great here and I would always service it here even after my warranty ended 3 years ago.

Patty and Brent are very personable and professional. They are 'keepers'. Patty helped diagnose why the recirculation button was not working on the spot. Thanks for washing my car. The manager was very helpful when the coffee cup was stuck and spilled, burning my hand. His hand got burned too when he showed me how to get the cup out of the machine. He even apologized for saying s@#t when his hand was burned. I feel like the folks in the parts department are my family; they take good care of me. One slight disappointment. While I was dropped off at home, I had to walk back the 10 blocks in 92 degree heat - no round trip pickups per "company policy". Perhaps the policy should be changed. Not all of us can arrange a ride back to the dealership to pick up our car after repairs/servicing (especially the elderly)..
