tried to call them at least 10 times today- no answer- left a voicemail- no call back- sent a email. no response. i have been there before and the parts employees will just avoid you until you ask them for help. they need better management obviously.

A few months ago they said that you could come without an appointment for an oil change and now you no longer have to make an appointment or you leave it one day you car I don’t understand them

Dave exhibited the best customer service I’ve had in quite a while from anyone - did price matching for me, and went over the top in getting me the part I need in a timely manner. Seems no one else in Northern California had the part. These folks did - and shipped it overnight without any additional shipping charges. Dave - I greatly appreciate your kindness!

While I appreciate the friendly and professional demeanor of my service rep, I feel somewhat snookered. I went in for a replacement key fob and expected it to be expensive. No problem. However, while I waited, I was cross-saled on a brake job. I appreciated the heads up about the wear on my brakes and the need for a 60k mile flush of my brake system. I 'assumed' the brake job meant all four brakes. The $550. job seemed expensive but I realized I was at the dealer and the price was bound to be high. Then I got the receipt and was taken aback that the high cost was for the rear brakes only. Yikes! My thought to myself at the time was, "Yep. You got me". Every time I swear to keep my eyes open, a dealer is there to remind me to be sure to shop around. I'm not happy. And thanks for the reminder.
