Have been bounced by 3 alignment shops(pretty decent ones, where I normally take them for cheap), they wouldn't touch a lowered Mercedes GLS550 with camber adjustment kits.Gabe and Tommy are, as always, very good at their trade. Took care of it, dialed it in, and then refined it to perfection. Steering wheel finally straight, centered properly. In a very timely and professional manner.So for speciality stuff done right, look no further than Super Gabe and friendly Tommy @ Cali Wheels, they will take care of you!

No service was provided.Let me start with the parking.I was trying to park in front of the store on a rainy day.There was a guy taking pictures of the car and did not let us park in the empty space because he was taking pictures. He pointed fingers and gestured to park on another slot. I did not know this guy is working at the store at that time, I just felt this guy is rude.I went inside the store, but no one was inside, I had a bad feeling. After a while, the guy who was taking the picture outside came back into the store but not really welcoming or anything. I had to ask for help. He did not ask what I was looking for or try to help us at all. After a few very generic interactions which did not help me at all, since he did not share the information I needed, the phone rang. He picked up the phone, I just left the store since I felt he did not want to help me and want me to get out the store.I went to the Wheelworks next door, they were really nice and helped me with everything I needed. They can order anything and match the price with tire installation and everything. I spent over $3k in 20 min, and I am happy I did not waste my money at the store where I am not welcomed. They have a nice store, but very rude.

Tommy was great. Needed 4 new tires and was able to get them in the next day and perform the replacement. I also had my wheels polished. Tommy was thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating with price and minor work. Fast service. I would recommend this place.

I’ve been standing in the lobby here for over 20 mins waiting for some kind of help. Employees walking past, eyes straight ahead, not a word. When I called to ask if they had a part I was looking for the guy on the other end gave one word answers to everything and his tone made it clear I was wasting his time.If I didn’t need to get this part today I’d much rather order online from ECS.Horrible customer service, assuming you can get assistance in the first place.

Don't trust this place!!!!! This place is a rip off. They completely screwed me. Tommy the owner is like a car salesman. He tries to push the envelope on you as much as he can. I was working with his employee which was telling me the cost wast 4k but Tommy jumped in and bumped it to 5k. His reason was that the tires need to be powder coated. They come powder coated from Vossen, but he wants to charge more so he makes more. He always says it'll take 12 weeks from manufacture but that's bs its 4 weeks. When you go here they give you Delinte tires which are horrible. Most tire shops don't even sell this product because the quality is so bad. Horrible road noise, tires wear out quick and have to be changed so the shop makes more money. They charged me 1200 for a set of Delinte tires. Tire pros wouldn't even sell it and said the average retail on the tires were 156$ per a tire. Tommy the owner knew that the tires would have horrible road noise and he didn't says anything until I complained, he sold me Michelin tires after and bumped me $1500. They also completely missed up my alignment which he never fixed. This is a safety issue and the Bureau of Automotive Repair will be getting a complaint from me.

California wheels came thru as usual... I've been going there for years and every time Macario and his crew get the job done the right way... I would definitely recommend California Wheels to anyone who wants their vehicle to be carefully taken care of properly....

Very upset that all they care about is the sale. They talk the talk but don't back it up. I spend over 1800 and I need my tires rotated and they want to charge me. They tell you free rotation when you buy it. The younger guy doesn't have any business on the sales floor. Keep him away from customers. I didn't appreciate his nasty attitude. They will quote you a price over the phone and once time to pickup the vehicle they'll add extra charges. These guys are notorious for this....... So many other honest shops in the bay, avoid cali wheels.

This is the only shop I trust my cars with when it comes to wheels. I've brought all of my cars here along with my daughters vehicles for years. The service is top notch! Tommy and Macario have always taken great care of me. I love this place!

Macario was super helpful and the techs are top notch. I ordered some custom 3 piece rims. It took a while to recieve them l, which was expected, and one rim ended up being bent from delivery. The rim was repaired quickly after they received the part from the manufacturer. Macario was honest and quickly updated me with the process. Extremely happy with the outcome of my rims. Glad to see this business is still around all these years of being in the car game.

I needed a Toyota Tacoma lowered so I called Macario. They dropped the ride height such that it was easier to get in & out. I needed to carry a load so they added air shocks in the rear. It worked well & I can carry a yard of gravel with no bottoming & great ride. These guys are great.
