Paul came for consultation despite his busy schedule and gave us a reasonable quote for installing windows, patio doors and two exterior doors. it took a while for the windows to arrive (not his fault) and he pushed through his busy schedule to help make sure the windows are installed before Thanksgiving. His workmanship is excellent. he doesn't rush to just finish the job for you. He's always open to you asking questions and takes time to explain to you. Highly recommend!

California Custom is an excellent source for quality doors and windows. I had my whole house completed and Paul and his team went the extra mile to detail my slider trim and more. Zero damage what-so-ever to anything. They left my spaces cleaner than they found them. I was so pleased, I am engaging Paul and his team on a second property we own. Highly experienced.

Better late than never. This review is way overdue. Paul came to the rescue when our contractor had a medical issue and could not complete the cabinet install. All items were already ordered and enroute to our home. The original contractor Tom, gave us Paul's name and number and we could not be more pleased. Paul picked up the baton, or should I say hammer (ha ha), and finished the job for us in time for our visitors arriving. He went over and above to make sure we were happy with playroom built-ins. My husband and I would recommend Paul for any projects you might have, but I must say our grandkids playroom is exceptional.

I have some newly installed French doors that I couldn't get adjusted to my satisfaction. After trying all the standard adjustments, I still wasn't happy so I began looking for a 'door guy' on Yelp. I called California Custom Creations and left a message. Paul returned my call within minutes and after describing my door issues, he offered to stop by that evening to take a look at the doors. After taking a few minutes to understand my concerns and assess the door installations, Paul offered some suggestions on how I could solve the issues myself. He was very direct and honest about what he could do and encouraged me to try a few things before hiring him to make modifications. He even offered to lend me some tools if I needed them. So, in summary, following my initial contact with California Custom Creations, Paul met me at my home within a few hours (after normal working hours), explained to me how I may be able to fix the problem, offered to lend me tools, and refused to take a payment for his advice. Although California Custom Creations didn't perform any work, I wanted to share the positive experience of working with Paul. He showed up as promised, recognized that hiring him to take care of my door issue may not be the best solution for me (and told me that), and wouldn't accept any money for his time and expert insights. Because of Paul's approach and attitude, I will definitely contact him if I should need his services in the future.

Paul has saved me in a jam more than once. Almost 10 years ago Paul came out to my duplex off of Camden Avenue to replace the side door of my house after my dog chewed through it to get back inside. Well I should say he replaced the door that I so horribly attempted to put in after my dog chewed a hole through my last door. I was a fool like many others and attempted to change my door alone, by myself and untrained. I am good at general handyman work, so I read a book, watched a video and said hey I'll give it a try. After horribly butchering the replacement door and the frame of my wall, I decided to give a professional like Paul a call. He came out the next day and saved me! He didn't even make me feel bad about all the mistakes I made, he was happy to show me what I did wrong and corrected everything for me. Learn from my mistake, call Paul at California Custom Creations first.

Fantastic professional to work with. Paul came over, did a great estimate, and then came in to put in 8 new doors internally, a new screen door, a new doggie door in the wall, new outside door, new kitchen door and a cool new barn door to block off an open room. He and his team clean up after themselves, are very professional and made sure we were happy with the doors. There was some miscommunication at the start when he could start but that was quickly resolved and they also did the job promptly and quicker than I expected.

I found Paul on Yelp and called him for a quote on a garden window and was glad to get a preliminary quote and not just the run of the mill "let me come take a look response before I quote you". He was responsive to questions throughout the review of the work to be done including during the process of installing the window. He is truly methodical and would help perfect the job if requested. Paul Wagner is truly the man you want to trust with your desired window jobs. I would use him again if I need other work done on my home windows and doors.

We had Paul install Amerimax windows. Paul is a good guy who is very easy to work with. They did all of our windows in 2 days and they look awesome. The house is so much quieter, and adding those windows added value to our home. Paul is professional, honest, hardworking, and he stands by his work and his products. Paul was careful of the hard wood floors, cleaned up everything, and his prices were good and competitive. I'm still surprised at how much quality we got for the money. I highly recommend Paul for your next upgrade, addition, remodel.

My family owns a rental property that needed major renovation. As we all know, remodeling is not an easy task. Finding the right person to do the job can be difficult. How fortunate that my family and I found Paul Wagner!!! Paul is professional, efficient, positive and knowledgeable. Not only is Paul organized and detailed, he is honest and reliable! Qualities that are hard to come by these days. Any questions/concerns I had, Paul always responds in a timely manner. Text messages and pictures were sent to me on the progress of the project. Paul Wagner was recommended by my HOA so I called he came right over and even accomodated me and came over in the evening after I got home from work to meet with me I replaced 4 windows total 2 in each bedroom with Amerimax window double hung. Paul met with me and installed before year end so I could take my tax credit thank You Paul I love my new windows will definately use paul again when I do my sliding door and my garden window He stands by his product and you feel confident that you know he is beside you every step of the way even after install says alot for customer service A ++++++ '
