This company was hired by my insurance to tow my car. They are so irresponsible i had to hire another towing company to tow my car and deal with insurance later. I do not know based on what qualifications my onsurance company has contracted them for roadside assistance but thay will hear about it from me.

The tow driver (I believe his name was Johnny) was a welcome smiling face as I waited on the side of the freeway for a tow. It was a scary time but I felt reassured by his presence. Thanks for your help.

I was recently dealing w car troubles & needed a tow & Johnny literally came to the rescue! He was SO sweet & helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car to the service center; he made me feel grounded & in good hands even though I was stressed in that situation. He even stayed behind when it came time to deal w people at the dealership to make sure I was ok & to see if I needed anything. Hands down the BEST customer service I've ever had.
