Buzz is like 2 blocks from my house, so it’s very convenient. I’ve been coming here for years. The tall guy is always friendly and has a genuine welcoming vibe. They always have American Spirit loose leaf tobacco, which is surprisingly hard to find at some smoke shops. Also, I got an awesome Diamond Glass “water pipe” there a year ago for a super good price. I saw an identical piece from Diamond at a different smoke shop for $40 more than what Buzz was charging. Good prices, good people! Check them out!

Terrible customer service, the man in the shop accused me of stealing when i was just looking through the glass cases they have, he also had a attitude. Save your time and shop at the next smoke shop.

Rudest employee ever, young kid with curly hair and glasses made me never want to come in here again. Been buying vapes here for years. Pretty sure the other employees do meth in the back.

Today was the first time I went to this smoke shop and it was nice and simple. The guy is super nice and easy going and helped me pick out an item. Super friendly place and the inside looks even better. I will definitely come here more often!!

Worst customer experience. Nick was extremely rude, impatient, and was unwilling to help. I came in to inquire about a few products and asked a number of basic questions. Nick was arrogant and spoke with me as if I was stupid, simply because I was uninformed and had questions. Shopped here for years and will never come back. I've referred about a dozen of other people to this place and they will stop shopping here, too.

This is where I go, I don’t trust going anywhere else since I’ve bought counterfeits everywhere but here. Just make sure you don’t show up 5-10 min before closing bc they will close early & then your next best bet is 7eleven.
