If you want to talk to people that can not be taught anything this is the place for you. They will insult you and put you down. Poor people skills to say the least. They are not all bad but the sales people at least two I had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with just can not learn anything. For them it's more important to tell you that your wrong than have room to learn. Prices are full retail and there are far better and more pleasant places to spend your money. They definitely need training in people skills but that's just my opinion..

I had a great experience here. The guys at the shop were super helpful and really took the time to explain things, which was awesome for a novice like me. I was a little hesitant to come in based on some of the reviews, but everyone was kind, informative, and took the time to go over every option with me. I found out that there was a "bad apple" at the shop who was very antagonistic who for that reason no longer works there. I would definitely recommend them to others. I saw them being nothing but helpful to everyone who walked through their doors. If it is your first time here, make sure to go to the counter and sign in, as they are diligent to assist people in the order in which they came in. A very fair system, I thought. Thanks guys!

STAY AWAY!!! The folks at this shop are rude, mean, antagonistic and just… unprofessional. During a transfer they opened up the case of my $1,000 gun upside-down, when the mags fell out of their slots they tried to jam the case shut with the gun lock and mags rubbing on my pistol. They offer no wipes for the thumb print. If you ask for a tissue to keep the black ink off your gun you may hear, “Wipe it on you.” They also rant and complain constantly while directing their anger at customers.
This is the worst experience I have had at a gun shop, offered by the most unprofessional staff I have had the displeasure of encountering in any environment. I heard them belittling and antagonizing a customer ahead of me who was picking up his firearms; that guy left shaking he was so angry with how they treated him. I have no idea who writes good reviews of this place. I’m beginning to suspect it’s friends of friends of the 5 or 6 guys who work here.

Great place, wish I could go there just to chat with the employees sometimes. Super knowledgeable and helpful people. Sometimes they're crowded and you have to wait, but it's always worth it because they always go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want and what you need at a good price, they don't rush you or try to upsell you any horseshite. If you're new and want to hear all the pros and cons of different options from experienced folks, or you know exactly what you need and are looking for someone who'll get it in your hands, this is the place.

I rarely post reviews in public but Bullseye Bishop definitely deserves one. It’s my favorite and default local gun store. They’re also one of very few LGS that accept walk-in PPT in any time. Several staff I’ve worked with are all friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Special thanks to Nick who spent quite a while today sharing his experiences and useful info on a C&R rifle I picked up today.

They are very friendly and helpful on what I want to find. Great selection of different products I thought I was never going to find. They are also experts about Glocks and customizing them. They also have a newsletter for when they are doing a promotion or have deals on products.

Came in to look at the inventory. Good selection. Great service. Friendly staff. Holiday sale got me 15% on a consignment sale. Great deal. Looking forward to picking up my rifle.

Went in today to do a private party transfer, there was no wait time , the service was great and I was out of there within 20 minutes. They made it super fast and easy for my first time doing a PPT. 5 stars for the quality of service.

I go to a lot of gun shops, there are several that have what I call "know-it-all", people that have some knowledge of firearm laws in Commiefornia but think they "know-it-all". It is comical to hear what some people that really should know what they are talking about say! And the arrogance of so many people in the firearm sales industry. The self-righteousness is outright disgusting! While waiting to pick up a few things I was listening to a sales gentleman telling someone buying a firearm that they did not have the proper credentials. Did not catch the man's name, he also made a comment about a saying they have in Mexico. The person stated they did in fact have the proper credentials and use the same ones at other places all the time. I too have the proper credentials and know very well what is needed by the DOJ. The worker stated he is in the business and knows the law and offered to show the customer the law, at which time the customer said please do! Another worker overheard and intervened, and of course the customer was correct. Need to spend less time on internet forms and blogs and more time on the DOJ website. The worker then proceeded to say that the manufacture of the firearm manufactured poor quality firearms and in fact his friend went to the manufacture and showed them how to build a firearm! And that his low end firearm was superior. I thought I was going to wet my damn pants laughing to myself! Really? You can't afford a high end firearm, so you make crap up about them? Dude really needs to reconsider his line of work! Another worker was bad mouthing a website where people advertise firearms for sale, all done through an FFL as required by law. Apparently they think people should only sell their firearms to this store so they can mark them up. And they should be the only outlet for firearm purchases.

Came here before closing and had to come back the next day for a purchase and DROS. They were slammed, and I had to wait. Nick helped me and was a terminator, totally efficient. All staff here are professional, knowledgeable, and they are damn good multi-taskers. I highly recommend this store.

Bought a rifle here for the first time. Process went very smoothly! Staff was awesome and answered any questions I needed answered. Will definitely be coming again here for my firearm needs.
