The showroom is good and staff there are patient and nice. However when I was trying to book some niche over phone, the customer service hangup the phone right after I told her my card number, without a second for me to ask about receipt, when to pick up etc. It was so abrupt I thought she accidentally hangup, so I called back and she was like you’ve already paid you should go. I was shocked by impatience.

Great selection of tiles and related material, with great helpful staff. There is a coffee machine there too if it's going to take a while to make a decision from the multitude of choices available.

They have a decent number of options for tiles. Not the most helpful of folks but overall good customer service. Would certainly recommend them for the bathroom tiles. We were happy with the options and their return policy too.

Rude and horrible customer service! Be aware if you order things not in stock. They don't care once they take your money.
Came for a few times to check out their tiles, had good impression with them, but I regretted after I ordered from them. I was told the tiles I ordered will arrive by end of March. When the time came, I still didn't receive any message from them so I went to the store directly to check for the status. It was on a weekday noon, they were not that busy as the weekend. The salesman with white hair and white beard told me the tiles won't be coming until April 9, which is another two weeks. When I tried to explain my contractor will not be able to help me install the tiles after two weeks, he impatiently stopped me by saying, "April 9 is April 9, there's nothing we can do!" Then he ignored me and called for the next customer. What kind of customer service is that? It's your fault that delay my order. No apologize, no explanation, no shame. I ended up refund the title next day, will avoid them in the future.

Went here to find some corner trim pieces for a remodel. Their selection is huge. They even got small sample pieces you can go off of. I usually go to homedepot for these items but feel reluctant to go to this type of places because in my mind I think these places are only for big jobs and contractors but that’s not the case. I bought 4 pieces and they were more than willing to help. Don’t be afraid to try.

Over the course of 10+ years, I've noticed an attribute that's telling of a strong, good business: It's always BUSY, especially on Saturdays. What's interesting is that this store is located in the mecca of building supply stores, with other competing tile stores RIGHT next it (literally, you can place one foot on Bullnose's lot and your other foot in the other tile store's lot). Yet, Bullnose is the one store that's bustling with customers, and I can see why: 1. Up-to-date. They have a variety of displays that gives you ideas on how you can design your bathroom/kitchen, etc. It seems like they take the time & meticulous effort to change these displays with trends, making sure to visit global symposiums to be in the kn 2. High quality at affordable prices. 3. Attentive service: I walked into the store and was immediately approached by an employee. I walked in with a picture of my countertop & white cabinets, and the employee showed me various tile selections. Tip: It helps to bring pictures of your space that you want to renovate. It helps the saleswoman/men to assist you with the right tiles to liven up your space.
