Fantastic place to get those hard to find parts for any built in device. Elaine is so fun to chat with and went back in the storeroom multiple times trying to give me as many options as possible for a central vacuum fitting.She also pulled out instruction manuals and made sure I knew how everything connects. They have a good display but plenty more items in the back so just ask Elaine. Very friendly and helpful.They have their own parking lot off Taylor St which is a plus.

These guys are awesome! I have one of the top Handyman company's in the Bay Area and these guys are 100% my go to. They always have what I need for replacement fan motors. Tom is always nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks as always guys!

We came in thinking we would need to buy a new bathroom celling fan. We knew that it would cost $285 on Amazon. This place took the fan, did some tests and it turns out we only needed a $16 connector. We couldn't be happier.

We had been searching for a whole house fan for some time. Built-in Center LTE allowed us to see and listen to the whole house fan and even make adjustments to the speed setting to hear the different noise levels. The knowledge and support of the employees was great and the contractor they recommended did a great job at a significantly lower cost than other contractors we quoted. Great experience, highly recommend LTE.

Local owned small company- sell all parts for ventilation fans- motors, and can help you out with any ventilation fan. Also sell whole house fans, central vacuum items, all ducting and roof + wall caps. Have a back area with lit bathroom mirrors and cabinets made by robern.

Instead of replacing an entire exhaust fan in the bathroom, if you'd rather just buy a part and fix it for a fraction of the cost, and saving the environment too - check LTE at least. Seriously, in a time where everyone simply replaces instead of fixing, and buying from amazon is hit or miss (will it fit?) you can actually go to a neighborhood store, owned locally off Stockton St in SJ, and someone knowledgeable actually answers the phone, her name was Elaine, she was super helpful and gave me a pricing of all the parts in my old Nu-tone 605RP exhaust fan, so I could just replace a burnt out light cover for $20, and then fan motor which has become more noisy and less effective over the years. She even explained to me why it was probably doing that! Thanks Elaine!

LTE had exactly what I wanted. They were extremely helpful and I was in and out in minutes. I replaced our HP Vacuflo Model 26 central vacuum unit that worked flawlessly for over 30 years. With that kind of quality design and reliability, I decided on a new Vacuflo 566Q. Works perfectly and is quieter than the original. LTE will be my first stop if any of my super-quiet Panasonic fans stop working, but they may last 30 years too.

Went in on a Saturday morning to find an exhaust fan for my attic space above my garage and Elaine was able to help me find what I needed. Pricing is competitive and most all of the products they sell are from quality name brand manufactures. For me the convenience of walking into a store, finding what I need and walk out with it the very same day is worth it to me to pay a little more. I would highly recommend them for their service and for their in-store product availability.

They carry items that's not carried at other local stores. I needed a new doorbell, and I found the Nutone door bell that we had before here. Definitely going to come back for other hard to find items.
