I have lived in many apartments but Brookdale truly feels like home. The wonderful flowers, birds, squirrels, ducks really add to the complex and make it family-friendly. Would recommend if you need a quite, homely place for your family :).

We have lived here almost 3 1/2 years and it truly felt like home. Its a quiet and calm neighborhood with great amenities. We stayed in a 2 bed 1 bath unit and it’s quite spacious and well designed. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a resident event on the property that was so much fun, the food was delicious and it was nice to meet the neighbors that live in the community. There were games, tacos, desserts and refreshements provided to all the residents. I am looking forward to the next event! Thank you to the hard working Brookdale team and vendors for a lovely event.

Be extremely careful. The management will charge you few thousands $ for invisible scratches on flooring. No joke.

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable home in the San Jose area, Brookdale is definitely the way to go! This year is my 3rd year here about to start the 4th year, I’m very satisfied and enjoy the time here! Very well managed and very friendly staff! I would call this my second home!

I would love to put 5* and I would definitely do it. BUT...I lived here for 2 years and when I moved in there was an amazing manager and we felt there like at home. Than managers changed twice and community became worser and worser. And the last drop was our moving out. Mike Pavlos from the management company is one of the disrespectful persons I had ever met. Dishonest, rude. He tried to charge from us for their mistake. Unfortunately our moving out ruined all good memories about that community and leaving there.

Lived here for 1 year (and moved because of personal reasons). The community locates in a quiet area, and it is close to Safeway and 7-Eleven (open 24 hours), which somehow made my life easier.You can very often see birds and squirrels playing around in the community. In spring/early summer, you can sometimes see cute ducks ???? walking around and sleeping under the trees near the swim pool.Besides all of these, I really love the management team - friendly staff, smooth communication, and quick responses.
