My daughter started at Bright Horizons Silly on Valley when she was just 15 months old, and shes now 2.5 years, she has transitioned from the toddler room (1-2 years) to pre-K (2-3 years) when she turned to 2.Our experience here has been truly wonderful, and as parents, we are extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided by the dedicated and warm-hearted teachers. They are not only responsible but also full of energy. The facility opens at 7:30 am and closes at 6 pm, offering the convenience of drop-off and pick-up times that work well for us. Additionally, they provide a free lunch through My Green Lunch Company, which saves us valuable time.My daughter has formed strong and positive connections with all her teachers, and we have complete trust in the staff here.

Be Aware! We used this Bright Horizons facility multiple times as back-up care. Every time the kid comes back being sad. During the latest pick up, I saw my kid was obviously being crying for a long period. When I tried to calm her down and talked to her, the teachers are just passing by and pretend we do not exist. Nobody comes over telling me how my kid was doing that day or why she was being crying. The I-don't-care attitude of those teachers there just shocked me.We have been using many care facilities including some other Bright Horizons locations. We never had those experiences. I suggest you think twice if you are about to send your kid there. I know I won't from now on.

My daughter started going to BHSV near the end of last year. Our family loves the center. Before choosing the right place for us, we have toured multiple BH centers and picked this one. We had our hesitations before sending her here. But it turned out to be great! The center is well organized and filled with love. Teachers’ work are cherished and I heard words about how teachers felt belonging there. The teachers are caring and supporting. What I found inspiring is, we as parents tend to be overstressed by our kid’s emotion or behavior. But the truth is, learning to express in words and manage frustrations/conflicts take time. In fact, to civilize our mini-human isn’t easy. I appreciate that the teachers try to inform me daily how my daughter was doing or if there’s anything we can do consistently at home. I also love that the teachers read so many books, set up playing sets based on the recent topics/interest of kids, and sing songs to teach vocabularies.

I brought my one year-old to this Bright Horizons for Backup Care since I had a very long day in the office and would not have been able to pick her up from her usual daycare near home on time. From the moment I arrived, they were very friendly, organized, and trust inspiring. When I picked her up she seemed very happy. I would definitely feel safe bringing my daughter there again.

Since my son enrolled in BHSV in March, I can see him grows happier, confident and independently every day. My son is a special needs kid, BHSV is the first one and only one which accept him without any hesitation. My son was rejected by dozens of other private preschools. Before BHSV, my son can only stayed at Special education classroom, where the time is very short (2.5 hrs on four days a week). His growth was so limited and he bored at home. After coming to BHSV, he observed other typical kids, learn routine and gained life skills with teachers' support. Now he started to draw more and more meaningful pictures, enjoyed playing with other kids on sand box.BHSV is the best preschool I have seen. It has very considerate teachers and staff. The director is very knowledgeable, nice and responsible lady. Each of my son's classmates is so smart and behaves nicely. The whole environment has given my son great support and help. I feel so lucky that my son get into here.

Our son enrolled in the toddler program at silicon valley when he just turned one years old, he is very happy and grows a lot for the past few months. The teacher ratio is pretty good (1:4) and there is always other helper in the classroom. It has very good routine, 2 hours naps, morning and afternoon outdoor times. There are various activities, like drawing, singing, playing balance board, or even play with water when the weather is hot. The teachers helped the kids to learn things and grow skills which may add extra work for them.

We used BHSV for more than 4 years. At first as the backup care for our older one, since we were so happy with BHSV, we enrolled our younger one int BHSV as soon as he is old enough. The center has a great teacher to kids ratio (much better than a few others I happen to have experience with) and every kid got a lot of attention. The classrooms are very clean, and the center is very creative in term of creating a learning environment for kids.

Bright Horizon has been a great place for our daughter so far. The teachers are really accommodating to my child’s needs and wants. They will try their best to cater to child’s interest by allowing opportunities to do different type of activities than what rest of the class is doing. I would recommend the place..

Bright horizons is a great preschool!! My children have been coming here for 5months, I have an infant attending the infant room as well as my 5 year old attending pre-K. So far my children are very happy, no complaints. My daughter can't wait for school everyday, she's always talking about how much fun she had and how her teachers show her a lot of love and always talks about something new she learned. My infant is happy to see his infant teacher as well as toddler teachers every morning, never cry's for drop off. Long story short I feel peace in my mind and heart to know my children are well taken care of and loved by all the staff. Thanks you bright horizons Silicon Valley.

This place is great! From my experience if the reviews are bad it’s for one of several reasons. The parents (not all) from the tech industry (not all) don’t know how to parent their kids. I can hear a parent on the phone with one of the staff asking what their supposed to do with their kids while the kids have to be home with them during the shelter in place. Parents on social media complaining that they have to watch their children. Oh gosh an that the daycare won’t be open etc etc. To the good parents who use daycare cause they need it to work. But respect their chance of getting quality time with their kids. Good on you. To the parents calling to complain as I pick up my kid for the last time right now. I’m left to wonder why some people had kids if their not going to parent them an yet wonder why their kids don’t listen. Anyways great place!

This is a review for the infant room at Bright Horizons Silicon Valley. My child started when she was 6 months. It was a difficult transition for our family but the center has welcomed us with open hearts and is now a huge support to our family - we can't imagine not having them! From a warm greeting in the morning to a pleasant good evening, Judie (her admin team) and Lauren (and her team) are tremendously helpful in the development of our child. With all of our special needs, the Bright Horizons Silicon Valley team have actively listened to our concerns and suggestions, and have kept an open mind and always willing to collaborate on a solution. They say, it takes a village to raise a child, and I am glad that Bright Horizons Silicon Valley have been part of our family journey :)
