We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Bright Horizons San Jose for our little ones. From the moment I walked in on a tour, the warm and welcoming atmosphere was evident than the other day cares that I toured. The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and nurturing.The facilities are clean and safety measures are clearly a top priority. Our children's well-being is paramount to us, and it's evident that Bright Horizons shares the same commitment. The secure play areas and structured routines provide a perfect balance of fun and learning.One of the positive features for us is the educational component for each age group. They go above and beyond to create a stimulating environment for early childhood development. Although it's like pulling teeth to have my 4 year old tell me what she has learned everyday, I can see what they learned from the weekly syllabus and from speaking to her teacher.Communication is exceptional. Daily updates keep us informed about our children's progress and any upcoming events. It's reassuring to know that there's an open line of communication between parents and the dedicated staff.As two working parents, it's a huge relief to know that our child is not only in a safe and nurturing environment but is also being offered nutritious and delicious meals. The daycare takes great care in planning well-balanced menus, and it's evident that they prioritize the health and well-being of the children in their care. The effort they have also had in accommodating dietary preferences and allergies is appreciated. My son has a lot of allergies and the staff is attentive to his needs, and it's comforting to know that they take the time to understand his and each child's dietary requirements.The teachers are phenomenal – patient, caring, and passionate about what they do. Their love for children is evident, and it reflects in the positive interactions we witness during drop-offs and pick-ups.Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons San Jose to any parent seeking a safe, educational, and loving environment for their child. I am thrilled to write this 5-star review for Bright Horizons daycare. I cannot praise this daycare enough for the positive impact it has had on my daughters. They absolutely love going there and have been thriving under the care and guidance of the incredible staff.From the very first day we visited Bright Horizons, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are not only experienced and highly qualified, but they are also genuinely passionate about their work. They go above and beyond to ensure that every child feels valued, safe, and happy.One aspect that stands out about Bright Horizons is their well-rounded curriculum. It is evident that a lot of effort and thought has been put into designing age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction. My daughters have grown so much academically and emotionally, thanks to the engaging lessons and enriching experiences they have had at this daycare.Another commendable aspect of Bright Horizons is their open communication policy. This is really poor service, so I called, and they are saying their virtual visits are booked up until January / Feb of last year, they have no idea when a spot can be available nor tell me the time frame of a toddler program if I choose to commit to registration, I mean every virtual tour they do doesn't mean the family will end up securing a space, I find it ridiculous that they have zero capacity to take virtual calls, and also have no clue when or roughly when a spot could be available. Their reviews overall are quite poor, so I am glad I passed on this one!

Liked this center and location with lot of space and shade in the back.my son 3.5yrs enjoyed his time getting back to school after covid lockdown long break.covid protocol seems to be followed well too.will miss the place as he will be moving to different center closer to my home.he looks fwd to go to school daily, comes home happy.

I recently pulled my child out of Bright Horizons due to being bit in the face by another child.The teachers don’t supervise, no sense of urgency, lack of communication and no accountability.

I'm very happy with the care that my daughter is receiving at Bright Horizons. She's excited to go to daycare every day and when I pick her up she's happy. I've tried another center based daycare before this one and each day my daughter didn't want to go and she would be crying when I picked her up. There were a couple of other issues with that daycare too, which is why we switched to Bright Horizons. We're much happier now.

My Daughter absolutely loves going to school at Bright Horizons San Jose , we like the curriculum the outdoor play and activities and cultural diversity experience that kids get at this center. We feel our child is well cared for and safe while we are away which is the most important part of a daycare. Could not ask for more!

Excellent daycare! The teachers we have had from Infant Room and Toddler 2 have been outstanding. They provide detailed updates daily on my child's progress and development. My child has also learned so much over the past year.

My son started at the San Jose BH at 6 months old and just graduated from the school age program since he is now too old to attend (he just turned 13 years old). Anyways, this has been his second home. He has been nurtured, encouraged, and challenged by the awesome faculty. And it shows as he is a 4.0 student! I can't say enough great things about this school!
