I first found Brickhouse Fitness when looking for new gyms to try in the area on Class Pass back in 2020. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth by their friendly staff, Jorge, Joe, and Zach. The variety of fun and challenging classes they offer keep you engaged and motivated every day. But what truly sets this gym apart is the amazing sense of community they've cultivated, also, they really know their stuff when it comes to fitness and health! Because of the smaller class sizes at this private gym, the trainers are able to give you the time and attention to make sure you are performing your workouts with correct form and technique! With strength and conditioning classes available from morning to evening, Monday - Saturday, you'll be on your way to achieving your fitness goals in no time. Highly recommend this gem of a fitness center! ?️♂️??

I have been going to the fitness classes for a few months now and I have been thoroughly enjoying them. There’s 4 classes a day with different days focusing on either more strength building or more cardio but every class will definitely leave you sore and/or tired! Different from other commercial gyms, at Brickhouse it feels as if you are connecting with a small community of folks who will push you and themselves to put your everything in that workout allowing continuous progress. Additionally, the coaching staff are amazing and push you in different ways based on their expertise and experience so you will always be challenged to do your best. And if you want to be further challenged, every few months there are challenges you can choose to participate in that will challenge you to put even more effort but the gains are always worth it (I’ve participated in one so far). Even with all that, there’s seems to be a relaxing atmosphere where coaching staff and gym members can banter and have fun while completing the workouts assigned. If this is what you’re looking for I recommend you have a look and see what it’s all about!

I can't say enough about Brickyard. It's a great place for people of all levels of fitness, all you need to bring is a desire to get healthy and trust the program.Jorge, Zach, and Joe are super engaging and take the time to work with everyone. It's a great atmosphere and a really nice group of people.

Every class I've taken here has definitely kicked my butt, and I love it! All the coaches here are very knowledgeable and are able to adapt to your needs within their program. They always provide alternative movements to each workout, tailored to your needs for that day. My favorite part about being a member here is the community aspect that Jorge brings to the business, from hosting taco social events to Christmas events, where we can get to all know each other and make new friends. Thank you Brick House for providing such an amazing platform for us to improve ourselves physically and mentally!

There’s a reason this gym still stands after so many have closed over the last few years. The reality is it’s incredibly intimidating to join a new gym. How hard are the workouts? Will I be judged by how inexperienced I am? Will the coaches be too hard on me? Can I just get a workout in and out? Is it clique-y since this gym has been around for so long?One thing I’ve noticed about Brick House vs the other gyms I’ve tried - the coaches here are very intentional in their inclusivity. There’s a difference between being nice and being genuine and caring. Their disposition carries to the students and I can reassuringly and confidently state that everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly.Their workouts are great. They have an app that makes it really easy to sign up and see what the workout of the day/week is. The coaches walk you through all the movements thoroughly - the standard exercise and an option to scale up or down depending on your fitness level. During the workout, they will continue to monitor and correct as needed. The music is on point! You stay motivated throughout the entire workout and it’s loud enough where if an embarrassing sound escapes you no one hears it ?Location seems dicey but it’s not at all. Street parking only but there’s plenty along the street, around the block, or across the street.All in all a really great gym and highly recommend you give this place a try!

Awesome gym! Jorge and the other instructors are super friendly, and have workouts that change enough to keep it interesting, but with focus areas so you also see progression in strength. They also teach the exercises well and correct your form, so you feel safe doing all the exercises.

I started at Brickhouse Fitness a few months ago with limited knowledge about fitness, and I've made incredible progress since then, even being able to do pull-ups and building muscles I never thought I could! I feel stronger than ever, both physically and mentally. One of the things I appreciate most about this gym is their unwavering commitment to personalized attention. The classes are intentionally small, allowing the trainers, especially Jorge, to focus on each member individually. Their dedication to ensuring everyone masters the right form is commendable.What truly sets Brickhouse Fitness apart is the fantastic energy within the gym. Jorge, Joe, and Zac go above and beyond to boost my confidence, creating an incredibly supportive atmosphere. I've not only gained physical strength but also the confidence to push my limits and achieve things I never thought possible. I've never been this excited to work out before! Looking forward to my classes has become a highlight of my day, and I've also made some wonderful friends along the way. I highly recommend Brickhouse Fitness to anyone seeking not just a gym, but a community that genuinely cares about your fitness journey

I’m so glad I joined Brick House Fitness. I was initially intimidated to join because I have some health issues and didn’t know if I could keep up. It accommodates all physical levels. I slowly built up my strength and endurance. I lost weight, became more toned and most important to me was that I cut my visceral fat in half within only a few months. Each class is well organized with the day’s exercise program clearly displayed on multiple TV screens. The coaches go over each exercise, how to properly execute them and they offer exercise modifications for those who might need it. The coaches are caring, encouraging and offer support to all their clients. The members are also so welcoming and motivating. It’s a great community to join.

I've been a member of brickhouse for 6 months now, and I'm enjoying my fitness journey here. What sets this place apart from other gyms I've been apart of is their progressive programming and the incredible sense of community they've built. The programming here stood out to me when I first joined. Jorge and the other trainers are not just knowledgeable, but you can tell they genuinely care about your progress. Whether its your first workout class, or you've been an experience veteran, they tailor the workouts to suit your level and constantly challenge you to make progress. You have your build days (strength/core focus) and your burn days (cardio endurance) so there is definitely a variety--keeping things fresh and exciting. It's not just about how heavy your lifting the weight. What truly sets this gym apart is the sense of community. The members here are very supportive and friendly, and the more I attend class the easier it's been for me to stay consistent. From fitness challenges to different community gatherings (taco trucks, san pedro social, xmas parties) theres always something exciting happening, keeping me motivated throughout the year. The facilities are pretty clean, the gym equipment is updated (brand new sets of kettlebells, new rogue rigs, and rogue weight plates) theres also a second room thats fully equipt with power racks, cable pulleys, FID benches, dumbbells up to 120lbs, cardio equipment. All in all if your looking for a gym that offers a supportive community and excellent programming Brickhouse is the spot to be. The trainers are knowledgeable, the members are like friends/family and the overall atmosphere is incredibly postiive.

I have really enjoyed joint this gym. All of their trainers are very professional and knowledgeable. It’s is a good gym for group workouts for people of any age Or fitness level. They work with each person and have different movements in the workout to adjust to those with injuries or difficulties doing the movement. They are a perfect balance of pushing you to work hard and challenge yourself but they never push to hard and make you feel awkward. You will work hard and see results. 10/10 I would recommend if you want to lose weight, gain strength and be held accountable.

Brickhouse fitness has been such a wonderful place to make working out fun!The comradery and healthy competition is what keeps me coming back. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and moderating exercises if you’re injured. Everyone is so friendly and the work outs kick your butt! I recommend to anyone on any fitness level!

I can't say enough great things about this place. It's friendly and there's a real sense of community. The trainers are very good, the workouts are challenging but can be adjusted to your level. Come check it out, it's been the longest commitment I've kept with a gym and that says a lot. 5 years and hopefully many more.
