Dropped off brand new CPAP supplies as a donation. Folks were friendly and efficient. So, glad they don't have to go into a landfill!

My husband and I went to pick up our cpap machines, there was so much traffic it took us 4 hours to get there, ok so we get there and they didnt have my husbands ready, they said they never recieved it ok luckily I had it with me, so they gave us our machines and said they were free, I asked my husband if we should give them a donation so we gave them a $100 donation when we got back home after another 4 hours we made it just before the pulmonary place closed to get themachines calibrated, one machine didnt work & didnt have a cord the other one was an old model and the wrong kind, the Dr was furious because she had recommended the place to us, so if you go here please check your machines make sure they work before you leave

Nice place. Next to Santa Clara County Dental Society in same bldg. Parking is in back or on street, ie Park Avenue. They accept donations of used CPAP machines here.

I was shocked and saddened at the service my mom received from a women named Wendy who is employed by this institution to assist people who are already going through difficult times. She was outwardly upset and annoyed at my mother and scolded her for not being able to " follow directions ". As someone who works closely with patients I do my best to create a pleasant experience for them. This was unacceptable behavior and should be addressed by her supervisor.

Thank you Breathe California! The staff did more than enough to let me know how to approach my tobacco smoking friends about their addiction and the severe effects. As a plant technician I know the importance of keeping an ecosystem healthy for every living organism to benefit, and this organization is definitely striving to keep the air clean for all living creatures! Go Breathe!

I spoke with breathe California the first week of Nov on a recommendation from Kaiser. The person I spoke with told me there were 2 CPAP machines they could send me, one that has a sensor that can change how much air you are getting, and one that had a set rate. She said if I sent in two prescriptions they could get me out the one without a sensor immediately and I'd be placed on a list for the other one. I contacted Kaiser for the prescriptions, and sent them to Breathe California on 11/16. I waited a week, and then I called, and they told me the person I spoke with was sick. I asked if she could verify my prescription was received and she said no. I waited another week, and then emailed the person i originally emailed, no response, I waited another 10 days on 12/14 and emailed again. No response. I just tried to call in(12/18), no answer. I left a message asking for someone to let me know if they received my prescription. I understand you are probably busy, but I have put a lot of effort in communicating with you the last month, and have received no indication you care at all, so I don't know how to justify anything other then 1 star. Call me to tell me you have my prescription and I will update the review.

The cost of a new CPAP machine was prohibitive for me and I was directed towards Breathe CA in San Jose, by Kaiser Permanente. My experience with Caitlin Pryce, MPH and Public Health Coordinator was outstanding. Ms. Pryce was alway professional, patient when explaining something to me, and would either take my call or return calls in a very timely manner.
