I have had my belongings at Branham since 2010 and this storage facility is solid. They have had new management for a while now who have kept it clean, made necessary adjustments and improvements and even have dollys and equipment to help you move items up and down. The elevator is huge if you get a unit on the 2nd floor, like mine, making it easy to move items in and out. The facility is open most days and long hours if I ever have to go after work and, honestly, they still have the best pricing around. I absolutely recommend this place if you're looking in the San Jose area.

My father passed away and had 2 large storage units that took us while to empty. The units and facility were clean and easily accessible. John and the woman that works on the weekends (i'm embarrassed I don't know her name) were always friendly. The pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend this storage facility.

I stored my stuff here for about a year and a half. The place was clean, secure, and always Covid safe. John was easy to work with, helpful, and pleasant. I never had any problems of any kind.

Fantastic experience. Your belongings are very safe at this facility. The staff are lovely and so helpful. I greatly appreciate they enforce mask mandates (keeping my property and my health safe!). Everyone must sign in and out at the front door. Very secure. I was storing a kayak and an SUP on a rolling rack. They have units perfectly sized (narrow, deep & tall) for these kinds of items and the price was outstanding. I would highly recommend this business. Should I ever need storage again I will be be back.

This is one of the best grocery shops in the area. Absolutely jammed packed with a huge variety of imported and local products. All of the staff are very well-mannered and approachable. Their customer service is second to none. This is extremely perfect for me. I love this place so much! Highly recommended to everyone.

Very clean and John is cool. Hours are kinda different 10-6 everyday so you can't get in early, reasonable price.. I like it better than other storage facilities I've used...
