I will not be returning ever to this place. Stay away from this place and try out other Bowlero locations. They pretty much understaffed, don’t know how to engage with customers and don’t take accountability. They are also not really kids friendly, the bowling session went ok but their arcade machine was broken and they asked us to wait next to the arcade counter for like 20-25 minutes mentioning someone will help out. After patiently waiting for a long time, they finally mentioned yeah no one is coming, get in (the long) line to get your arcade cards. He insensitively said he is busy with other customers and can’t help much. I hope the staff gets trained to work better with their customers.

Great experience, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and always willing to help out!! Rob, Chase, Nicole, Lisa, and Singh are always super friendly with us and their amazing customer service always makes me want to come back!

This place is always really fun to go to, and they have good deals often to make bowling cheap! Rob and Chase are also super helpful and make everything easy!

My family got the summer pass. It's totally worth it. A few down sides: you can not bring your own water canister, and they offer you tap in a plastic cup. You can not bring healthy snacks for kids, and they offer only junky/greasy food items on the menu.

Nice bowling alley, food delivered to your area, and a full bar. Most of the lanes work fine, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I was like a big kid. I attended a company event and it was so much fun. The bartender was fast, efficient and made a great whiskey sour. I wish I could remember her name.

A bit on the pricey side, and it uses string pin setters which makes it much harder to knock down the pins. But I still had a good time.
