I've had Boost for 10 years and 2 phone lines with them. Bout 4 months ago i went to this store and replaced one of the phones on the account. The girl in the place was very refreshing as she really took her time to show and compare phones and when i bouth it she activated and put the screen saver etc.....It was a very good experience and i told her i'd be back to replace the second line soon. So i go back a couple of weeks ago and she's helping someone else so i'm waiting my turn. No problem. Then she's asking what i need before she's done with the cutomer she's helping so then she finishes with the customer and tells her don't go yet in spanish cuz i understand it. Then comes over and i'm asking about a new phone showing her my old one. All she seemed to do was brush me off and say go to best buy or order online etc....Like she couldn't brush me off fast enough and get me out of there. Sad that the store missed out on a $1000+ sale as i pay upfront for my phones. Even if she didn't remember me which is ok all phone stores always ask if ur a current customer, your number to see if you can get an upgrade etc....she asked for nothing and checked nothing. Guess i won't go back there for anything. Why the implied bias and change of attitude since i already spent a $1000 there. Sad!

Users beware. It's very hard to get real service on their chatbot. And then, when I finally had enough, you have to call their "833" number for port out pin. And there's just nobody there - I've been on the call for more than 45mins so far.They don't tell you when you're about to run out of quota, and instead just cut off service. Then, when you try to pay for additional bandwidth, for some reason both credit card and or pay pal would fail. Then you get to another "payment" tab - they would let you add money to the a/c via pay pal, but that money can't be used to buy extra quota.I personally would not touch them again, EVER!PS I have saved the chat transcripts, in case someone from them care to respond.
