She was quick to respond to our request, walked us through the process, & was very helpful. She also provided a breakdown of her costs and tasks associated which were clear & reasonable. Within the matter of a couple days, she was able to process our taxes & verified we in fact, had miscalculated the amount we owed. “I had to file multiple years of taxes, my bad right? The process could not have been any easier. I will be doing my taxes here from now on. Plus they love Boston Terriers, who doesn't love them too? I'm super happy with my experience, also it doesn't hurt that I was getting hella money back. It's not cheap though so if you're a ballet on a budget...it was $249 dollars each year to file for me. But my experience could not have been better so for me it was excellent, JJ was super easy to talk to as well.”
