I highly recommend Sandy and her Tuscana Properties team for the excellent work and support that they provided in the recent sale of my 2 rental properties and main home. I would give them more than 5 stars if that were possible.
I heard about Sandy and her team for many years via KSFO 560 radio ads. When it came time for me to retire and move, I reached out to her team and she personally met with me and my wife to pitch her strategies on marketing my properties. This not only included her marketing, pricing, and staging strategies, but also the huge support for document and activity coordination and tracking from her team. She also has a deep list of contractors to tap into for full house repairs, painting, plumbing, and landscaping that I fully made use of. In fact, she personally did a house walkthrough with me for all my properties to identify what all needed repairs, updates, and modernization to meet buyers’ expectations.
All 3 properties got purchase contracts in about a week for above their asking price. Amazingly, one of my rental properties got a contract even before it officially went live due to Sandy’s ‘Coming Soon’ marketing strategy.
I couldn’t be happier that I selected Sandy’s team to represent me instead of the local realtor we were initially considering. Thank you so much Sandy for all the help, support, and guidance that you provided to us during this extremely stressful endeavor. Your team is awesome.

Before I found Sandy Jamison, I hired a realtor to sell my home. Month after month went by and my house was still on the market, and that’s when I called Sandy. We recently had the opportunity to work with Tuscana properties. Working with Renee Gallegos was easy. She was so great to work with. If we had any questions, she was there with an answer in a time fashion. Renee is very knowledgeable in the field. Purchasing a new house is very overwhelming, but Renee's assistance guides us through the process. We highly recommend and appreciate all the hard work she did finding us our forever home. We can't recommend Leena enough. She was incredibly helpful in our home buying journey from start to finish. Her communication was always top-notch, and she guided us through every step with patience and expertise. Leena began helping us search for homes over 2 years ago prior to finding our dream home, and even after closing on the home. The way she approached me 2 years ago convinced me that I want to continue working with her, and now she was the one to help us close. She was very accessible to us throughout the process and was always there to answer anything and everything. Even after closing Leena is there to answer our questions, leaving nothing uncertain. Leena knows her stuff A-Z, is very determined and trustworthy, and we're very grateful to have had her by our side during this process.
