I get nervous having to call/make appointments or go to shops...my experience here kind of turned into a validation for that anxiety. This is going to be long but I need to get it off my chest. We were originally quoted that it would take about a week to repair my door and back-quarter window so I opted to not get a rental car, I thought a week was short enough to get by on transit. Leading up to the appointment I decided to ask that my own phone number be used instead of my dad's (who had helped me to get the ball rolling initially). They said they would change it, but notices continued to be sent only to my dad. I called to ask that it be switched and they said it had. When I showed up for my drop-off appointment I was 10mins late, I had forgotten (and reminders were still not being sent to me), so I waited while they took care of another customer that came after- totally fine, that was my mistake for being late. After signing paperwork I tried to ask one more time about the number being switched to mine and was promised again that it would be done; this time it was.A week went by and I see that my online estimate says my car wont be ready for two more weeks, which I thought couldn't be right, so I call to ask about it, was told that they would try and start on it soon...maybe it was the wrong word choice but I didn't understand why my car had been there a whole week already if they hadn't begun. Unlucky I guess, I really should have gotten a rental after all.The next week goes by and I called them again to check in and was told that they would be ready next week (3 weeks with no car). Before that week ends, I get a call and they said they ordered the wrong color window and so they gave me the option of waiting until the correct one comes in, or they could install this one and then I bring my car back again later and they would change it out then. I had to be out of the country in a couple days so I could not keep my car there any longer. I asked that they install the incorrect one and I be told when the correct comes in.When I come to pick up my car I am told I need to pay the rest of my bill out of pocket, when I was expecting the insurance to have covered it all. I was really nervous and tried asking if she was sure this was how I should do it because I obviously didn't want to be out over a thousand dollars unexpectedly and she said yes that I would get a check from my insurer at home for this same amount. So I paid it and then waited to see the money later. Some time goes by and I never get any check, we make calls to insurance and they confirm money was sent but that it was sent direct to the shop and that they would have had it already. We do some more calls to the shop and then they confirm that yes the money was sent to them and it was paid for so they would have to refund the money I paid on my card.It was stressful. I know accidents happen but I am not built for this LOL, having to chase around for answers and call so many different people like I did. I felt like they were too busy all the time so often we would play tag with me calling and leaving messages, them having to call back, sometimes saying they will call back and they don't and I have to try again the next day. This all happened back in November 2023, and it's Feb '24 and I still never heard about my window.I called this past Friday to check if they ever ordered the correct one, and was told they could take a message because the woman that had been assigned to my claim was busy and she would call me back. But it's now Tuesday and I haven't had a call. I want to just give it up at this point and accept that I'm gonna have a window that looks a lil different. At least until someone smashes it in again. :')Everyone was pretty nice! It's not that I was treated super horribly by any means, but I didn't feel taken care of that well. Maybe they are just overbooked? Aside from the window, the rest of the repair came out fine. But I definitely will not be using this shop the next time I h

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR!!It turns out that my insurance company took my car there, they gave the car a total loss and they didn't fix it, I kept the vehicle when I picked it up, they delivered it to me with many disassembled parts in the trunk and they didn't take on the task of putting them back in. instead, I loaded it on the tow truck, when I got home the running boards were missing from my car, being a 2024, those parts are expensive, I didn't realize they weren't included. The next day I returned, I thought they had forgotten and they did not respond to me for them. Someone very close told me that they had someone who bought them, who knows, there they are with their dishonesty, a place where I never want to set foot.

I really do not recommend this place. I went there as it was recommended by allstate for the damage on my car. I found the staff to be very rude and unhelpful. The communication was a struggle and when there was communication it was very unclear and I felt that I was left in the dark for almost the entire experience. I had to call allstate multiple times due to confusion and found the entire experience to be extremely unsettling and difficult.

10/10 if I can recommend any body shop, this would be it! They're very detailed, staff is incredible, and they go above and beyond! Very communicative and my car looks amazing! I was hit parked in a parking lot twice in two months. My side panel was dented, door was scratched, and my bumper was pushed forward so the panel was no longer attached. Incredible work!!!

I would like to praise the commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, as well as the honesty of this business. I have been a customer of this place for a few fender benders already, all with great satisfaction, but I will be talking about one of them today. We had scraped our SUV's door on a concrete in a parking lot a few years ago and Blossom Valley Collision has fixed it. A couple years ago (after a couple years from the original incident) the fixed door's paint cracked. I took it back to them, and they repaired it again at no cost to me. They didn't try to convince me otherwise or anything, they immediately recognized it as their own mistake, and fixed it promptly. Fast forward another couple years, and the paint cracked again. The second time I took it there, I was already feeling shy that I am causing trouble again. On the opposite, again, they immediately owned the mistake, didn't make me feel bad or anything, and promptly fixed it for free. And this time, they actually replaced the door! When I was picking up the car today, I told Tyson that I was sorry and he said "no worries, we should have replaced the door at the first place". It is rare today to see a business that is so committed to customer satisfaction, and also honestly admits their mistakes (if any), without making you going through hoops and fixes them promptly, no matter how many years has passed. Tyson and all the crew (I want to mention Miguel and the lady sitting next to him, sorry I didn't learn her name -- I was especially impressed by her memory when she remembered the second time the door was fixed which was a couple years ago in detail as soon as I walked in) are great people, I would highly recommend this business.

Blossom Valley Collision is top notch and highly recommended. My service advisor, Dana, was amazing. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Dana took care of everything from working with my insurance to the rental car agency. Not to mention all the work done has a warranty. Great experience and I'd definitely be back!

My truck was broken into and vandalized I was hoping that it would be repaired and my bad luck would be over but things went south when my insurance decided to total my truck. Hoping that I can recover and fix the ignition and continue to use my truck was I in for a surprise. Linda Estrada decided to take apart my vehicle which at this point was not needed because insurance had not given go ahead to do repairs. She lied and said it was part of the estimate and that they needed payment ($180) for doing so. Nothing that was removed had anything to do with what needed to be repaired. So I asked could they tel me what it would cost to assemble and she said she would get back to me. I called the insurance they where willing to pay to have it reassembled but now Linda states her Manager said they would not do that and now want payment for taking it apart and towed out. The whole time Linda was rude short tempered and obnoxious. This is the service industry people come to you in need after a dramatic event. If you have no compaction or don't like your job quit. You made a mistake the insurance is willing to pay for your mistake. You offered no solutions and made things worse. I hope no one else has to deal with your attitude and be held with no options and have to take a loss for it.
