This place is great! Affordable rates, convenient hours. I've stored my items for a year and a half with no issues. No leaks, a bit of dust since the units are outside and not inside like Public Storage or other big name storage facilities. The manager Joe is even better! Very kind and hospitable. I accidentally got my storage roll up door stuck on an oversized bin in my unit (totally my fault) and Joe came out on his hands and knees and hammered away at the clasp my bin had gotten stuck on. He cut his hand pretty bad but he was still in a great mood. Thank you Joe for your speedy assistance and apologies for the hassle!

As a follow up, I was given my refund. "Joe" the "manager" refused to give me a final paper work and required a civil standby with San Jose police to give me my refund of $157.00. I deeply regret ever doing business with this establishment. They are predatory, meddlesome, intentionally manipulative, and further I believe they specifically discriminate against single people and disabled people. I will never rent from independent storage again now I know why corporate storage has become so big in our country. My recommendation; Watch your back with this business if you are there already, record conversations, and keep your distance from the staff they are extremely strange and enjoy causing problems in peoples lives.

Joe is the best! I've been renting a storage unit here for the past couple months and he has made everything so easy. He's the most kind, genuine soul you'll ever meet. The location is super convenient and the units are very secure. What I love most about it is that it's a one story storage and very quiet. Lots available units for different prices.

Had a storage unit with them for more than 15 years and was very happy with the courtesy and service, the unit, and the easy access. For example, once we block the key inside our lock and they come with an electric grinder, cut the lock of us and didn't charge us a penny. Highly recommended.

I rented a small unit here a few years ago. I have had nothing but professional service and help above and beyond from Joe and other staff members. One of the girls helped me with my lock, Joe came over and chatted with me one day when I was doing organization. This was the first time I needed storage and it was a great experience. My items were safe and the grounds are very clean and well supervised. I highly recommend.

Best choice I could have made by choosing Blossom Hill Self Storage for helping me with my move. I felt welcome and that my property would be taken care of. The hours are great and they had lots of size storage units to choose from. Joe is the best. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great place. This storage facility has been in our family for 25 years. After a year, I went down to look at what.was in my unit and decided to donate several items to Savers. Joe personally took them to Savers for me. Now that is over and beyond just business.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with a Blossom Hill Storage. The management more specifically the grey haired bully who just sits around and looks for any reason to get angry spoiled any thoughts I had.

Great place if you have long or short term storage needs. Clean, well maintained and secure. Joe runs the team here. Everyone is concerned about the customers needs & experience. The whole team is very friendly and efficient. You guys do a great job! I appreciate what you do.

I moved three times in ten months. Blossom Hill Self Storage provided a great place for me to keep my household goods. I loved the unit I had because it was also convenient to keep my motorcycle there so that I can come ride it. Joe and Alicia were friendly and helpful with my transitions in and out. The grounds and bathroom are clean, secure, and safe. I highly recommend this business. Thanks

Excellent place for your personal belongings to remain safe and clean whilst stored for any length of time. Owners are very aware of the traffic on site- this in turn makes for an all around lovely experience .
