Your truck just turned to 101 South from Silver Creek Valley Road and you littered the street and freeway with open trash bin from your truck. Plastic and papers flew out of your trash and you didn’t even care to stop and do the right thing! I can’t stand irresponsible people and companies like you to say the least. These guys are incredible. I recently had my shower glass installed in my downstairs bathroom. First of all the quote I received was well below the price of a similar competitor. They had my shower up and running and glass fully installed in under 4 hours. The two workers who showed up were professional, focused, and diligent. The whole process took just over a week from the time I ordered to completion of my project. I would highly recommend Rick DeLong's shop and craftsmen for any installation and fabrication to fit your needs.

My husband and I are delighted with the service we received from Blossom Hill Glass. My husband had COVID last month which caused him to be lightheaded. He blanked out and fell against our glass shower doors. The glass did not break, but it broke the shower door guide, and left the doors hanging not securely attached to the runner. I was afraid we'd have to buy new doors. Lon found us a replacement guide and Max just left after reinstalling the shower doors with the new part. The service was very reasonably priced, and Max was very congenial and professional. He was here less than 45 minutes. When I called the office to pay for the part and installation with my credit card, they told me they would waive the 3% fee for using a credit card. All around the staff is professional, and they all appear to like their customers and their work. It is a pleasure doing business with them! Finally, it's great to find a business that I can trust, one that won't overcharge or sell me what I don't need. I had also asked Max to measure the mirrored closet doors in our study. They were about 25 years old and the doors were impossible to slide open and close. Max examined the doors and he removed a piece of pencil from the runner; then he adjusted the door height and now our old doors glude open and shut perfectly!I will order all of my future shower and bathtub doors, mirrored closet doors, glass, and mirrors from Blossom Hill Glass!

We just had our patio door replaced (can finally open the door and have a screen for fresh air) Hanssel was very professional and answered all my questions and provided estimates for various levels of fixing/replacement we were looking for. Ultimately we decided to replace the whole door. The installation team was efficient and did a good job. When I had time after work to take a good look at the work, I did have some concerns but after calling someone was able to come the next day and answer questions and make some minor (very minor) fixes. We're satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

The beveled mirrors installed above our bath vanities are very nice and the 2 guys did a good job. However, they placed the large old mirror on top of the grass, and it was a hot day, the grass got burnt. I will continue calling Blossom Hill Glass in the future though.Linda Caywood

Avoid these guys like the plague. The are a bunch of absolute morons and are super unethical. I purchased a brand new glass shower installation a couple of years ago and recently the shower door started coming off the wall. I called them and they had me send them a bunch of photos. They said that I needed new hinges and that the total would be $350 to adjust and they also said that they would have to order the parts. The technician shows up without any "new hinges" and they unscrew the door off the wall to reinstall it ONLY TO FIND that the original technician FAILED to put in plugs into the wall to screw secure the door. Not only was it their mistake but it was actually dangerous! The new technician that showed up said that the person that did the original installation completely failed to follow proper protocol and did not do it correctly. I called CJ (the owner/manager) and he refused to budge or take responsibility for their botched installation. They still charged me $250 for correcting their very own mistake. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Such a bad experience from the start... Called them and got Rick. He was talking to another customer at the same time and was not paying attention to what I was saying. He asked me a photo of the window so I asked him which email or number I should send it and he gave me a number at the same time he was talking to the other person, so with potentially a misunderstanding on my side. When I sent a quick text he responded with "got it" which is not even confirming his name or company, so I asked him to send his name by text so I was sure it was him .. he did not bother even after explaining him why it was important ... and closed the call to my face. Dude, you really need to treat better your prospects ...

Blossom Hill Glass provided a very professional replacement for 9 double pane glass windows in our house that were fogged up due to broken seals. Hanssel came out twice to get accurate measurements to order the precise glass panes to be replaced. The installers (Mohammed, Phil and Luis) came prepared and worked all morning removing the old windows and replacing the glass with new panes. They had a real challenge taking all 3 of them to carefully replace the large 5 ft x 4 ft curved window high above the front windows. The result is spectacular! We highly recommend anyone with typical, fogged up double pane windows to use Blossom Hill Glass for replacements.

I would like to recommend Blossom Hill Glass for their quality and responsible services. I hired them to replace broken glass of a glass door. They installed the new glass quickly. Later I found that the new glass does not meet the energy code. Rick came out and carefully checked the glass and reordered the correct one. Then they reinstalled the new glass free of charge. I like their professionalism handling the issue and quality of service.

I had a home invasion last night at 9:15pm in Palo Alto. Rick, the owner personally drove 30 min at 10pm to help me fix the huge hole on my sliding glass door. Rick cleaned up all the broken glass and boarded up the door, giving me a sense of security. I appreciate his personalized service. Thank you Rick for caring for our community. You could have left us stranded, but you didn't. We need more companies like Blossom Hill Glass!!!

Called on a Tuesday about a broken window and they came out far after the 12-4 stated appointment time the next Monday to measure despite saying they had ordered the replacement glass and were going to replace it during that appointment time. Still waiting for the part to arrive though they have "confirmed the order" today. Extremely poor service - very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend.

Clear, crisp communication every step of the way, fast response, job completed on schedule, reasonable cost, and high quality work. I will definitely call BH glass again for any future glass needs, and recommend you do too.
