Blanco Urban is an ideal wedding venue choice! As a photographer I was blown away by how well the venue photographed. Its white walls did wonders with the light throughout the day, from bright sun to golden hour. This venue is perfectly modern and chic for a luxury wedding. The staff was responsive and kind. Its great to be able to go down to the street and capture chic city photos as well!

It’s a great place to hold a party! Our company just had a Christmas party yesterday here and it was spacious and easy to put on decorations due to the simplicity.

Blanco Urban venue is a hidden gem. When looking for a location for our wedding afriend recommended Blanco to me. I went to check it out and I just fell in love with it. The BUV team was awesome. Chrissy, Renee and Hailey were so easy to work with and very accommodating. We received so many compliments about the location, convenient parking and just the beauty of the entire venue. Rooftop was perfect for our ceremony and mezzanine for our cocktail hour and Great room for our reception. If you're looking for an elegant, spacious and great location I suggest you go check out this venue, no doubt you will fall in love with it just as I did.

This is a unique wedding venue. Don't be afraid by the prices, there's a damn good reason why they charge that much and it's worth every cent.The flexibility and peace of mind Blanco and their staff like Hailey and Chrissy provide is unheard of in wedding planning. I have heard of other venues demanding certain rules to be followed, particularly to squeeze more money out of you. Blanco worked with us till the very end and made sure that we felt comfortable throughout the wedding. What venue goes out of their way last minute to get a liquor of your choice for the wedding??? My guests LOVED that they did that and it really brought the wedding to life.My wife and I hope that we will have friends that host a wedding at Blanco because we want to experience this venue as GUESTS next time. We really want to come back and will be referring this venue as much as we can in the hopes we can return!Thank you so much Hailey and Chrissy!!!!!

Beautiful Modern With Mediterranean Motif?l!We had our wedding here and everything went smoothly! The wedding event managers Chrissy and Hailey has been super helpful and easy to work with. The venue has three beautiful floors! You can customize each area to your preference!This was the first place we visited and as soon as we saw the place in person, we knew that it was the one. Blanco was the perfect vibe for our wedding! Each level of the venue is so beautiful and well maintained. We did very minimal decor and it was beautiful just the way it was. We had about 120 guests there and it was a comfortable space for all festivities.Its location was also key for us. I loved that we could go downtown before and after and all our guest were able to walk to their hotel after.We worked with Renee, who was great at mapping everything out and answering all my questions in a timely manner! She was very transparent with everything and there were never any hidden fees or rules! It made our venue search such a breeze.We also used their bar services. All bartenders were amazing and extremely patient with our drunk guests hahaSuch a great experience! 10/10 would get married there again if my husband would let me

We discovered Blanco during our search for a modern, minimal venue that could accomodate an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. It was very important to us that the outdoor area had some sort of shade solution since our wedding was in the summer, and Blanco’s rooftop was the perfect fit with the elegant roll out shades that could be retracted at night for rooftop festivities! We were also impressed with the care and detail the venue team put into upkeeping the space between events from what we saw the couple times we visited before our wedding day.Coordination and organization for payments and documents up until the event day was an absolute breeze. This wasn’t something I was expecting to be so appreciative of until I was deep into the wedding planning process. Blanco uses an online portal where you can make all of your payments, access invoices and receipts, and view upcoming payment due dates, making it very easy to keep track of everything.The Blanco team was also a pleasure to work with! We worked with Chrissy for the initial coordination, Renee for the preparation up until the event and then with both Renee and Hailey the day of. They were all so helpful and welcoming to make sure we had everything set and ready to go for the rehearsal and wedding day. Hailey even assisted me with my dress change as I was rushing between reception activities! They made sure we felt well taken care of and we couldn’t be more grateful!

What an incredible event space and wedding venue! Our guests haven’t stopped ranting and raving about this venue! It’s gorgeous and very minimalistic plus it photographs so well! We got married here this past weekend and Renee was one of the most magical people we got to work with. She’s incredible and responsive. She’s detailed and such a joy to work with. She’s super calm as we planned the wedding and just was present with us the whole day. The entire team was very supportive and helpful throughout the day. Smiling and just being so involved with our needs. We couldn’t have chosen a much more beautiful location to get married! Major plus that it’s in downtown and near parking! It was perfect! We love Blanco!

We recently had our wedding in March at Blanco and had a blast. The venue gives timeless, modern, city vibes. You can dress it up or leave it as is and the architecture will still make for a great space and classy photos. Renee was convenient to connect with, especially during crunch time with last-minute questions and tweaks. She was professional and personable throughout the process, providing variations of options that would fit into our budget with no sense of pressure. It was convenient for our guests, too, since the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all held at the same venue. There are parking structures, hotels, eateries, and bars nearby. We had ~180 guests and it was a little bit of a squeeze, but it's doable. Overall, grateful that we made the decision to have our wedding at Blanco :)
