Stay far away. Damaged the jack points on my car doing a curb rash repair he upsold me on, initially agreed to pay half the body shop bill until he saw how much it would cost to fix it. All of his employees have seemingly quit, when I last visited his one new employee did not know anything about my story and was surprised to learn it. Daniel Contreras the owner of the LLC then immediately called me repeatedly every 5 minutes until I picked up after months of dodging my messages and accused me of breaking and entering despite it being business hours listed on his website and the garage door on the front of his business being unlocked and opened.
Talking to other customers I am not the only person with stories like this. Caveat emptor.

Great place to pamper your "baby"Daniel and Tom are very hardworking with a side of OCD. The car looks amazing once it's done and looks even better than when you buy it from dealership. Definitely recommend them!

Got interior detailing done for my Porsche Macan and Daniel did a fantastic job of getting my interiors cleaned and removing all the dog hair! Definitely recommend his services!

Daniel got back to me super fast and was able to get my car in for a full interior and exterior detailing within 4 days! The communication between text make's response times faster and just overall easier. The car itself is was done in 2.5-3 hours and came out impeccable! My husband may now agree on why i needed my car detailed before our baby :) thank you!

I really didn't know what to expect. My old car was in bad shape due to neglect pre covid. I had started new jobs and never found the time to clean my car. It kept getting worse and worse until I searched for bids on Yelp via projects for a solution. Many fair bids (some ridiculously high) came rolling in but what stood out to me about BB was the responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I believe they do both mobile and on-site detailing. I opted for on site since I lived close to the location. Let's just say, at minimum, my car was a project!!! In explaining this to Daniel, he assured me that "we like a challenge". This made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed that I had let my car go for so long. I really didn't expect these amazing results! I got a full interior cleaning with ozone replenish at a fair price. I'm am extremely satisfied in the attention to detail (hence, detailing) the team payed attention to in cleaning my interior. I will be a repeat customer and refer them to anyone who is in need of these services. If they treat my car this precisely, I'd trust them with my most special projects!Thanks again!!!

Hello, I would like to provide this as a true verified buyer and honest review. What sets big basin property detailing apart from other detailers is their level of service and detail. They went above and beyond and I took in a large SUV with a smoke odor issue and they were able to provide an added ozone odor cleaning service which helped to remove the smoke odor Even after I tried at a different place an interior detail package. Daniel, the owner was honest with everything that they did before and after the detail and was very thorough and was very courteous and personable. I appreciate how they left the SUV looking and smelling better than it did when I brought it in. Will continue to use big basin property detailing, thank you guys...Services: Interior scenting

I needed my car washed in a hurry, and Daniel delivered! I put my car on the online scheduling system, showed up at lunchtime, and was in and out in about 45min. I could see the care and concern put into the process. Daniel even pointed out a few flaws from my recent PPF install (from a different company).I put myself on a recurring schedule to get my car washed and detailed here. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give Daniel 10 stars I would. A family member puked all over the 3rd row of my SUV and after trying to clean up the mess ourselves, we realized we needed professional help to get rid of the smell. I had a great experience with Daniel and his team with my Tesla, so calling Big Basin was the first thing that came to mind. Daniel did a very thorough job shampooing, the carpets, steam cleaning the interior, extracting the residual vomit that we missed, also he ran an ozone machine for several hours to remove the foul odor. On top of that, he washed the exterior of the car as well. The total cost of this work was very reasonable given the amount of time and attention to detail provided.All of this work got rid of 95% of the smell. When Daniel followed up with me after I picked up my vehicle, I told him that the smell of vomit still lingered but otherwise I was very satisfied with his work. He offered to run the ozone machine again free of charge to eliminate the smell completely to which I accepted. Daniel not only ran the ozone machine, he also shampooed and steam-cleaned the carpets again, and he also re-washed the exterior of my car. The car looks as good as when I first bought it and no longer reeks of vomit. I truly appreciate the level of care I received during the process and can't recommend Big Basin enough! I'm definitely going back in a month for a ceramic coating and window tint. Best service I have ever received and my RS3 is sitting pretty.Services: Car waxing

Danny and his team are amazing! I had acid rain spots etched into my clear coat and Big Basin came to the rescue. I first had a consult on what Danny and his team would do to help remove the spots. Next we set up an online profile on his site and booked an appointment. Once the car was dropped off and the work was started I was notified every step of the way. Low and behold all of the spots were removed. The car looked better than when I bought it. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Big Basin Property Detailing again and again.

as always, Daniel is taking great care of my Model 3. 45k miles and 2 years in, the paint is still flawless. in addition, his refresher appointments are fast, and the car comes out looking like it just had a complete detail!

I chose Big Basin out of all other detailers because they were much more affordable. Daniel and his team are great! We got the interior detailing package + ozone treatment for my car and Daniel made sure to ask if I wanted anything specific done as well as suggest what needs to be done to get my car to its best condition. There ended up being a couple of spots that were missed during the interior detailing which we pointed out to Daniel, however he was more than happy to stay even after closing time (on a holiday too while it was 90+ degrees outside!) and get those spots to perfect condition the way we wanted them. He offered to redo the spots that were missed and in the end everything turned out perfect! Finally got rid of the odor in the car which was the main reason we wanted to get the car done. Great customer service and a very knowledgable, friendly person as well! I will definitely come back again for any detailing services.
