Big 5 sent $5 coupon to my mail every month. I always go to Big 5 to buy my hiking shoes. This time, I tried about 7 to 8 pairs. The salesman kept going back and forth for my shoes. At the end, I really feel that l should come back next week. I feel very sorry for the salesman person. He really deserves his boss's recognition.

The people in the store a few days ago were super friendly! I walked in and I was greeted immediately by an employee and I assume the manger! The store is well organized and clean! Great service, but I just came in to look around!

Stopped by Big 5 to pick up a fishing license and some camping gear. Staff was very helpful. Store is clean, and we were able to find what we were looking for, a camp chair and some propane.
