My sweet girl has a major over bite. We are working up a plan to help her have no pain with adult teeth.Staff is very friendly.Location is a bit hard to find at first, but once you find it, easy.I was really pleased with the time given and explained it to me.They give you an estimate with a full breakdown. They are also honest about being expensive.

Great Veterinarian. Dr. Zacher is a pro. Wonderful communication after examination, and teeth cleaning surgery. Highly recommended, top notch. Thank you

This is a very friendly face, except I didn't get to meet the veterinarian which I should've been able to do for $3000. They did an excellent job.

Dr Zacher and staff are awesome. I have 3 dogs and they all had their teeth cleaned over the last month with her. Adam was awesome texting me and keeping me informed throughout all their procedures. Since they do this all day every day I feel at ease leaving my dogs with them. They even sent pics during recovery. They took wonderful care of my dogs. They do have you complete a medical history form, submit medical records and sign an anesthesia consent form which is for best interest of your pet. Dr Zacher is so thorough she reads through the medical records your regular vet sends. She will in turn provide you and your vet the most thorough dental records with exrays and detailed information about how anesthesia went. Top notch doctor and staff. You can't ask for better care.Pics are Sparky and Zoe recovering with nurses. I couldn't find Joeys pic..lol

You will not find a more skilled or compassionate office if your dog needs their teeth worked on. Highly recommend. Remember taking care of your dog's teeth will add years to their lives.

Dr Z and her staff are wonderful, and if your dog needs any dental work, Best Friends are exceptional in the care and compassion they have shown my middle aged Aussie. He broke a couple teeth, had a root canal not to lose a canine tooth, x-rays, and high tech cleaning and visibly cleaner, no plaque or tartar. Taking care of your dogs teeth could add years to their life.

This review is long overdue -- Dr. Zacher and her team are AMAZING. Highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary dentistry. Dr. Zacher has exceptional expertise -- successfully performed a complex procedure on my high-risk, 17+ year old senior cat. I reached out to Dr. Zacher after another dental clinic rejected him due to the high risk and trusted her immediately. As expected, I was very nervous about the procedure but great communication from Dr. Zacher and the staff. Very grateful to Dr. Zacher and her team that my dear cat didn't have to suffer with major dental issues during his remaining years.

I will not go to this business and I have much better choices out there. My appointment for my pup is on Feb.9th. They've been emailing, calling and texting to ask me to fill out a form. Today is Feb. 6 (3 days away from the appointment). I got the message today that they're cancelling my appointment because I haven't filled out a form (We've been waiting for the appointment for over a month). They think their business reviews are too good (only 17 good reviews awfully small data samples) and business is too good, so they can cancel the appointments however they want obviously without a care about the pups' dental health. I'm glad they did what they did. I would hate paying a business like this for anything.Update on the business' reply: I wasn't asked to fill out a form when I made the appointment. We also won't go with a doctor and do some procedure at the first appointment. We get multiple opinions and choose the right doctor. With the argumenal attitude from a business, I'm sure glad we didn't waste our time and effort.

I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Dr Zacher or her staff in person. I had to schedule an appointment for my 13 year old chihuahua for a tooth extraction and I was pleasantly surprised by the handling of my initial call.Devastatingly, I had to have my precious baby put to sleep the morning of her scheduled appointment. I emailed the office as soon as I realized (it was on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment), and Dr Zacher replied that day with empathy and kindness. I also received a follow-up email from Adam the next day, again expressing empathy and understanding. Based on their kindness I believe they're all good people who honestly love animals and would recommend them.

Our Boston Terrier has received excellent care here a couple times and is already scheduled for his next cleaning. They book far ahead, are wonderful in communication, very compassionate and professional. Dr. and staff are great and clearly love working there. I say this because it's not always the case and I want folks who love their job handling my fur baby. The photo is how they brought him back to the car. We got such a laugh. Animal Dentistry is a specialty, as such it is an investment. Their billing is very clear and they have come in under estimate both times.

Dr Zacher and her stuff are extremely helpful, caring with their follow ups and thorough with their treatment. I will always hope to not have to visit them but if I need help with dental stuff for dogs, this is where I would go.

My experience with Dr. Zacher has been absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable. My dog has a bunch of auto immune conditions and has been struggling with some stuff recently. He also does not do well under anesthesia. I reached out to Dr. Zacher for a full evaluation and also to ask if he had any dental disease and how much of that was adding to his misery. Dr. Zacher was very patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. She also responded very promptly to my follow up emails and phone calls. She made time to review all his records and explained her finding very thoroughly. She is a very kind, compassionate person and TRULY CARES.

Took my cat with Feline tooth resorption for cleaning and extractions. I found the doctor and staff friendly and professional. I liked that Dr. Zacher took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. I am taking my cat back for second cleaning and extraction in a couple of months. I do recommend this place but there are a few things I'd like to point out:1. Dr. Zacher is a dental 'specialist' and not an AVDC Board Certified Veterinary Dentist, highly recommended by my vet.2. Their appointment availability is usually more than 2 months out so plan accordingly. 3. Dental procedures can be VERY expensive. I was charged nearly $3k for cleaning and extractions. Estimate for the next appointment of cleaning with additional extractions is $3k-$4k. Luckily I have very expensive pet insurance that will cover most of it. Not sure if I I would take my cat to a specialist to spend $6k to $7k if I did not have insurance.

Dr. Zacher is the BEST!!!! Our 11 year old cat, Captain, was losing weight, and suffering from bouts of anorexia and lethargy. After MANY vet visits, including x-rays, bloodwork, and an ultrasound, we couldn't figure out what was wrong! When we brought him to Dr. Zacher, she explained that she thought he was in the early stages of stomatitis. She explained how the steroids he was on could have masked some of the symptoms, and that could be why the other 3 vets we went to didn't notice. She recommended that we have all of his teeth removed. Dr. Zacher went above and beyond when it came to explaining the science behind stomatitis, and explaining why extraction was the best option. She really listened to all my questions and concerns, and treated me with compassion and respect. She has a wonderful "bedside manner"! We had NO IDEA how much this would help him!!!! After having all his teeth removed, Captain is a whole new cat!!! He was gained weight, has A LOT more energy!!! He is even playing!!! He hasn't done that in years! And now, he NEVER misses a meal! Getting his teeth removed was honestly the BEST DECISION we have ever made for Captain! It was worth every penny!!!! Thank you, Best Friends Animal Dentistry for giving my cat his health and happiness back!!!! I am eternally grateful!
