Being based in the UK getting hold of new or replacement parts is a bit of a nightmare. Luckily, I found Best Electronics and Bradley. Super helpful and knowledgeable in my dealings with him. Love the website as there's just so much to read. Many Thanks for an amazing Atari resource.

I have purchased from this company before and wanted to place another order. The first order wasn't real smooth as they don't accept Paypal or an online interface to accept credit card payment. However, I thought I would place another order now that I know what I need to do. I sent several emails without a response. So, tonight I called them. I asked to order 10 of a particular item (power supply). He said he won't sell them to me as there are Ebay sellers buying them and re-selling them at a profit. I asked if I could purchase just one as I repair old consoles and need power supplies. The guy on the phone told me "your account is closed" and that he won't sell anything to me. I didn't get the person's name but he was truly a j**** Also, they might possibly have the worst website I've ever experienced. It looks like it's from 1998, as it probably is.

If you are interested in vintage Atari, then you know about Best Electronics. No doubt it would be an interesting visit to their store to view the bazillions of vintage Atari parts. Brad has been very helpful in providing advice on repairs and parts, like making sure you have a 1050 diagnostics disk for when you want to replace a track zero sensor in a drive. Anyway, I have been able to repair devices with parts from Best, and it is great they are still in business.

This is am amazing store for anyone who loves atari and we are so lucky to have it! I've bought many items from Bradley and he's always been kind and very prompt in sending items.

purchased items on 3/28 got half order 3/31 along with half the order being the wrong part that was erroneously selected by whomever filled this order and charged double after hearing complaints about how hard it is to remove them and they should be charging double whats listed on website which is in reality less than 10 min work called back twice first time left message after a few hours i called back was first blamed as if i made the mistake and ordered something wrong until the guy on the phone realized someone there had shipped the wrong part and said would make it right before posting initial feedback update is got the proper part 4/2 so at least the atari i ordered parts for now has sound again with a non crumbled audio ferrite

This guy must be having a mental nervous breakdown or something. Ordered from him following his exact ordering instructions. Then he said I did not and refunded my money saying I ordered too much... I only ordered 3 items. LOL. He was super unprofessional, rude, and just nuts on the phone talking in circles and complete jibberish. Do business with Best at your own risk - Buyer Beware.

I can't say enough about my experiences with these folks. Bradley reached out personally and very quickly with responses to any questions I had, and the items sent, even the used cartridges, were absolutely pristine. And now I can get my Atari 800XL working again!

I came in for Atari Lynx parts and I was very happy with the parts and pieces I needed. The owner was super knowledgable and passionate about his business. A very special place to visit especially if you have an affinity for Atari.
