My expensive galaxy s23 ultra broke and I'm still paying on it. So i decided to buy the Samsung A15 phone. I went to my carrier and they were out of stock. Someone suggested trying Best Buy and to my surprise it was 40 cheaper and ni activation fee. So I saved $75. Very happy. BTW, this "low end" phone works very well and looks great and was only $199+tax. Great but at Best Buy!!!

Way to completely drop the ball. I tried to contact the store to speak with a manager who said that he would cover the cost of installation of a part that I had already paid to have installed but had broken. He had me order a part from the manufacturer, as Best Buy didn't sell it. So now I've spent $50. But guess what? I can't talk to this person because of your ridiculous national call center taking ask the calls. "Just go into the store, " I am told. That's ridiculous as I live an hour away. I am asked my first name, last name, phone number, email address, then I am transferred to someone else who asks me the same info. Finally, after 20 minutes of being in hold and trying to speak with the person who I had spoken to at the store, my call is disconnected. I'm not sure what type of operation you have here, but it's not working. I will never buy anything else from this business if this is how you treat your customers. What a huge waste of my time. Horrible logistics.

Lee Chambers our Best Buy consultant is excellent to work with if you are looking for home appliances. He is very knowledgeable, has over 20 years of experience with Best Buy, is friendly, and provided us superior customer service! You truly find out about a company and their policies when you encounter a problem. Lee and his manager went out of their way to provide a solution for us which is VERY hard to find these day! I highly recommend Lee and this Best But location!
