the worst service I have ever encountered, not good, as a matter-of-fact horrible. they have a returned tv and my $246.00 no one cares no one returns calls they hide behind a customer service 800 NUMBER and take no responsibility this goes all the way up to the district manager. They should be ashamed of how they handle customers. I have no choice but to take legal action.

I brought in an iPad for trade in and for some reason the lady at the front desk didn't accept it. Although online it said I was eligible for trade in ..... I brought it to the other Best Buy and the guy processed my trade in right away . Huge inconvenience! - 5 stars ! I even spent an additional 350.00 here. Customer service is poor. The lady at the front desk was slow and uncomprehensive .

The "security" at the front was very rude. His name is Corn & he has a very irritated look on his face when you walk in. He needs to really work on his customer service.

I ordered an Apple watch online and got an empty Apple watch box! No matter how I tried, Best Buy wouldn't give me a refund. I suggest they change their name to "Worst Buy" if they're going to continue robbing people like this. Horrible business.

I purchased a dryer at BestBuy, BestBuy scheduled me 3 appointments in 3 weeks, but each time BestBuy cancelled it at the delivery day or right before the the delivery day, or no call, no show up, let me just wait for nothing. I am so disappointed, BestBuy is not trustworthy at all. It totally messed up my schedule, the same thing happened 3 times, I waited 3 weeks for this dryer. It causes me so much inconvenience, I shouldn’t have purchased it from BestBuy.I made a purchase of dryer on 12/24/2024, and scheduled a delivery on 01/02/2024.Then on 01/02/2024, I asked a leave from my job and waited all day along, no one showed up, no one notified me, the I called a BestBuy agent to ask why , the agent told me it was cancelled, but no one told me this., the agent said something was missing for the dryer. Then I made 2nd appointment with this agent, which is 01/08/2024.Then on 01/06/2024(Saturday) afternoon, I missed one call and in my voice mailbox BestBuy said my new appointment was cancelled again. I called back however it was Saturday afternoon and it’s not the business hours that Bestbuy depeartment, I didn’t even have a time window to talk to them. Then I contacted Bestbuy online agent on 01/07/2024, they said they tried to fix something for this item, then I made the 3rd appointment, which is 01/15/2024. The agent told me clearly that BestBuy would deliver it on 01/15/2023 by any cost, I can rest assured.Then on 01/15/2024 morning, I got a call from BestBuy that my appointment was cancelled again, I need to make the 4th appointment. I canceled my trip just for this delivery, however Bestbuy called me just that day morning, I didn’t even have the chance to re-plan my trip. I am so exhausted.

Possibly my biggest way to ruin a afternoon. I walked into the store looking for dvd-r blank discs that the website said they had in store, so I looked around for 20 mins and looked for a employee, only just for 5 all busy. I wait another 10 mins and they said it's not in store, and they only order it if you ask, which takes a about a week. Worst 30 mins of my life wasted
