Bestbuy’s Curbside Pickup does NOT exist!
I checked in for curbside pickup and was given instructions to wait, said wait time is 5 minutes but I’ve been waiting for almost 15 minutes! So i had to walk into the store to get it myself! BTW, thanks to the kind lady at the reception who helped me.

Good luck. Endless runaround when it comes to trade-ins: "email the trade-in team", "take it to the store", "email the trade-in team", and so on for eternity. Been trying to get someone - anyone - to help me complete a trade-in since March and the folks at this store seem determined to eitiher avoid answering my questions or to give the same robotic non-responses for eternity. On a good day I get indifference, on a bad day I get outright rudeness. I'd have been better off trading my device in at a flea market.

Be very careful when using credit or debit cards at this store , on Sunday 4/27/24 I went to this store location and purchased a laptop for about 1000$ , I used a credit card that the only usage it had for the past 18 months was automatic payments to T-mobile and Comcast, all of a sudden 3 days later I get a text from a fraud department asking if I had attempted to charge 140$ to my card at Raising Canes in Southern California, obviously the answer was NO.
Called the fraud department and apparently someone had gotten ahold of my credit card and had been taking advantage of it since the 2nd day after the best buy transaction, the person helping me from the fraud department was the one who realized and brought up the fact that my card hadn't been swiped anywhere else for over 18 months.
So be very careful with your payment method at this location, it's pretty obvious that someone must be skimming credit cards at checkout.

Was looking for a new phone. Every employee was helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I was there for over an hour since I couldn't make a decision. I was helped by Javier and 1 other person I didn't get the name of. Javier was very patient with me while I got my phone set up. Didn't make me feel rushed at all. 10/10 customer service.
