Had called and was told my window would be able to be replaced just for them to make me drive all the way over there for them not have ordered the part. Very unprofessional, one of the workers proceeded to follow me on my way out flipping me off cause I said I’d leave a bad review

I had recently gone to a golf course for a round of golf. When I was done, I had noticed a farewell gift on my Windshield; 1.5 ft long crack from a ball. I notified my insurance agent, only to find he was on vacation & won't be returning till 3 weeks. I called around for quotes. Safelight way to pricey; 2 mobile places charging over $600; and a local body shop claiming I needed extra Callibration for my cameras (only have 1 for backing up). With no luck on my hands, a coworker recommended I call Best Auto Glass and Tint in San Jose. I called, got a very friendly rep, he gave me an amazing quote for my Windshield replace & possibility for Tint, insta- booked for the next day. Next Day, showed up for my appointment, happily waited for my car (roughly 2-2.5 hours), paid for the service [Windshield under 4/ Tint under 3], and couldn't be happier with the end results!Windshield Replacement, Tint, Labor, Price, & Super Friendly Service = Why these guys are the Best in San Jose. My 2004 sedan has been getting excessive moisture on the inside of the rear window so I had them check the seal around the glass. After removing the weatherstripping they discovered that the seal was good and showed me that there were indeed no leaks. They also showed me that water was also condensing in the trunk, but I would have to take the car elsewhere to find the source. So they put in new weatherstripping at only a moderate cost. The crew was friendly, helpful with advice and honest. I'm pleased with their service and will return for any future glass work.

I had a long crack in my windshield caused by a tiny stone on the highway. I called best auto glass for a quotation and they sounded reasonable.What I was impressed about is they ordered the part and it arrived before i reached there. They replaced my windshield within 30 minutes!They also have an air-conditioned waiting area with a couch n some chairs.Clean work, definitely recommend this place!!

I’ve been coming here for years, taken a few cars here now and they always do great work at a great price. Today I called at ~noon, they set my appointment at 1, when I arrived they had already had the glass delivered and took my car in right away. I spent an hour over at pick n pull and by the time I got back the car was ready. Would come here again.Service: Auto windshield replacement
