Ordered parts from their website the other day since the part was advertised "in stock." Submitted my order online, including my request to create an account via the ordering process...this is where the fiasco begins...After the order was placed, there were *crickets. No order confirmation, no account creation e-mail etc. Went back to the website to login and was informed that the account needed "approval" and to check back later. Requested to reset my password and was told the same thing...bummer.I checked online banking and the credit card charge went through...Called into the dealership and the the parts department asked me for my order number?!? Gave them my name and they said that they were working on it and that they would let me know via e-mail when it was ready/in-stock. 4 days go by without any response. Called into the dealership and the parts person again asked me for my order number...which I had none. Gave them my name and they informed me that my part was ready for pickup...Upon arrival, the dealership was deserted. A lot full of cars and not one customer or employee in sight. Good thing I found the receptionist walking around and they found the parts person to pick up my order......definitely a bizarre experiencef for 2023... I can't think of another time in the last 20 years where I made an order online with no order confirmation...

I have to say, going into the dealership, I was feeling kind of doubtful, but once inside I was greeted with hospitality and easily felt comfortable, Raul was the person who helped us, and overall was a great person, made conversation, was professional, and overall helpful. We ended up buying a car today, and Raul walked us through the whole process, he gave us information about each car we looked at and throughout the whole waiting process kept up the conversation and was super helpful. Over all I’d say he’s a great person and salesman. I’d definitely come here to look at cars again.

This was a dealership where I have leased multiple vehicles from since 2018The most recent purchase was a used car as we traded in an infinti for an EV they had on the lotThis car was NEVER inspected prior to delivery as the brand itself does not have EV vehicles of their own to have the equipment and mechanics to provide a PDI for the car per CA state law.The purchased vehicle was sitting on their lot since Sept and from then until we purchased it the car was never inspected for safety A rats nest was discovered in the power train as well as the brake system not being properly inspected which is a life or death situation Upon request of the state required inspection documents the sales team was unable to provide them. They then went on to provide the worst service, called law enforcement, and their receptionist thought it was a good idea to insert herself into a situation where she is not licensed to do so, as well as threatening us, got in our faces because this is just the great service they provide- appalling to say the least This is the worst service to experience with this dealership and I highly encourage consumers to avoid this particular organization as they lack training, do not follow CA state law on uses vehicle sales and cannot provide any solution to their lack of maintaining a used car.This is now being reported to corporate and the ftc..

Bought a 'certified' used Jaguar from them. The finance guy forced the extended warranty in the transaction, stating it was *required* and *not* optional. After arguing with the GSM and explaining to him how this is 100% illegal practice, they agreed to rewrite the contract excluding this extended warranty. But this wasn't the end of the fiasco. Brakes stopped working on the vehicle within the first day. Called them up and they said they're not equipped to work on EV's (yet they sell them) and that to take the car to Jaguar dealership. They didn't offer me a loaner nor did they offer to coordinate the repairs with Jaguar. But the GSM did tell me on the phone they will pay for any repairs Jaguar performs. Jaguar has completed repairs, which they stated the brake malfunction was a result of a RAT INFESTATION in the car under the hood. So, this whole time Infiniti of San Jose had this car on their lot, they never once bothered to look under the hood compartments to check for anything , they would've seen the rats nest had they performed a thorough inspection of the car they were selling. Now Jaguar sent me the invoice which I sent to SJ Infiniti and they are refusing to pay for it. They are citing there's no written agreement that states they would pay for the repairs, even though the GSM told me over the phone they would.They are using any excuse to get out of having to pay for repairs that came out of poor inspection/vehicle storage while it was on their lot. They sold me the bubonic plagued car, failing brakes and all, told me they're not equipped nor have the techs to work on EVs but they'd pay for the repairs from the manufacturer dealership yet are now backing out, stating they never authorized the repairs. Avoid Infiniti of San Jose like the bubonic plague that they are offering in their used vehicles, which they are not equipped to check and work on. False promises of repair comps, and illegal transactional practices should be on every consumer's radars if they're even considering this rat infested dealership.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever had in purchasing a car. I purchased on a Friday and was picking it up Saturday so it can be detailed and gassed up. Picked it up on Saturday it was dirty and had a bit of gas. Dealership contacted me and said they would Detail my car. Picked it up and it was still dirty the rims the body and windshield.Not to mention the waterspots all over.Really disappointed

I recently visited Infiniti of San Jose to get my tires checked & was greeted very cordially by Veronica. She introduced me to Sergio who had me go through the paperwork. It was a very easy process & they took care of me right away!!!I would recommend Infiniti of San Jose every time for their very professional, knowledgeable & personable staff. It is the only place I trust to take my car!!!

Michelle was amazing from the start made us feel welcomed and greeted us with a warm smile. Went in a little nervous but walked out confident and very happy gave us a great deal on our trade and explained everything in detail will definitely recommend this dealership and the amazing staff to friends and family.

I had an overall great experience. I was helped by Adrian in sales and he made sure to stay communicative throughout the whole process. Living in Los Angeles was a difficult task to coordinate to be able to purchase the vehicle. However, Adrian went above and beyond to make sure I received an exceptional experience.

Bought a used BMW X7.Pros:-Price was competitive.-Sales process with easy.-Fixed noticeable issues with car body.Cons:- After pick up, found that top of roof around shark fin antenna was indented up to roof window. Looked like it was part of the design but after comparing to another BMW, found it was actual damage. Inside you could see a faint outline of water stains. So it might leak during rain.- Contacted Sales team to see if they would consider fixing and they said no.- Also one tire was very worn in the inside due to bad rear alignment. Another tire had a bulge. Replaced all tires after purchase.So be sure to very carefully go over every inch of the car to identify any damage before purchase.Update: 9/7/2023: Response from "Owner" said management team would reach out. Never heard from the team.
