My wife needed a new car, we went to San Jose infinity and met Tony Brooks he was fabulous. Helped us choose the correct SUV and I really appreciated his service. He was informed and very knowledgeable about the car he was selling to us. This is the second SUV we bought from San Jose infinity and I will purchase another.
Thank you so much Tony Brooks we are very pleased.
This is my update from the previous post. I will not use Infinity of San Jose never again. They lied to my wife, she bought the car had a small dent on the side, Tony Brooks said they would contact her and they didn’t, she has sent several emails/calls and still no response. I am highly upset and would encourage others not to use them. As a customer they make you feel welcome and say yes to all answers but this is unacceptable. I need a response or my next step is to contact the BBB to get answers. Very disappointed in this business.

Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle here and drove a very long way to get there. They didn’t let me know at the time of scheduling the appointment that documents in addition to a DL is required in order to test drive one of their cars. Very unprofessional and lack of respect for other people’s time.

Great experience overall. The only reason I not be able to use the pick up and drop off services is due to the fact I drive 50 minutes away from Monterey County. Aside from knowledgeable and helpful staff, being updated on vehicle service status and most of all thoughtful treatment of people that is appreciated.

Got a car from here, I took the car for a test drive I liked how the car drove then the service light came on for rear brakes pad , so I told them if you fix the pads I'll take the car they promised me they would fix them but never did come to find out they where never replaced on car, I did let them know but all they where worried about was making the sale I left the car there because they were suppose to change out my brake pads but never did, the manager gave me his word , and never follow thur with it,

Sergio Lopez is the reason why this Infiniti dealership is one of the best. He goes above and beyond for his customers and his customer service is phenomenal. I’ve been going to Sergio for a few years now and I’m truly happy with the customer service provided and the service provided for my car. I would rate 10/5 stars if I could! I just started also taking my new mustang to get serviced with Sergio as well. All my vehicles get taken care of with him. He truly is one of the best service representatives here at Infiniti.

The whole process was super smooth and staff made me feel at ease.
Kim, Raul, Michelle and Aaron are true stars of this dealership. You guys rock!!!
The only thing I’d change is to provide copies of all the documents the buyer signs in addition to the USB flash drive that I was given. I know we should be protecting the planet but there are people who don’t have access to a printer to save a hard copy. I fortunately was able to print my copies but there are others who might not be able to do so.
I give this dealership a 10 out of 10 for their professionalism and for treating their customers with respect and dignity.
