This is the best paint store I have ever been to. They know their stuff and they make sure everything is perfect!! The customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend coming here for any paint needs! I have never dealt with such great people before! I come out of my way to keep coming here since it’s so amazing! I would recommend dealing with Dave and Ariel they have been a pleasure to work with!

I have been going to Benjamin Moore Creative Paint on Camden Avenue for many years. The customer service is outstanding. Both Ariel and Matt have helped me a great deal in selecting paint colors. I bring photos and samples (e.g., tile, bedding, fabric) to the store and Ariel helps me select the best colors for my project. Matt is usually at another store location but he has done a terrific job in custom matching paint. They are both fabulous!!! They have a great eye for color. And, of course, Benjamin Moore is the top quality paint! Plus, the small sample cans of paint colors are a real bargain and extremely helpful in finding the perfect color.

They moved a few doors down recently. They are great and have everything you need to paint anything. Paint, brushes, rollers, tape, etc. Since moving, I have painted four rooms, the kitchen cabinets, dining room, two hallways, two floors, and some garage shelves (with the overflow paint of course). I also stained a picnic table. All using paint from this place. Take it from me, get the best stuff (aura), it will save you time. If you get the cheap stuff be prepared to do three coats. I also buy the stuff one can at a time because getting rid of extra paint super sucks, but hey I live nearby so picking up another can is no big deal. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

The employee that works there on Sundays has some wonderful service skills. Just wanted to appreciate the service here, despite a line on a Sunday during the closing minutes, his language and demeanor with everyone made shopping here even more pleasant.

I wish I could put negative stars because I would. The worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I have been in the construction business for 35 years and have lived in Almaden for 18. I believe in shopping locally particularly now with COVID, helping small businesses. I bought two gallons of paint and other supplies. The worker asked me which brand Benjamin Moore or other. I said Kelly Moore he wrote it down and listed the two colors below it. I went to paint my walls and the color was not right. I took the paint back thinking maybe the mix was off. He then told me it was correct he made Benjamin Moore Malibu Beige and that I asked for it. He argued with me back and forth finally I walked out and told him to keep the paint. I have gone there for years but will never go back again. In addition, I will tell everyone of my subs and everyone I know never to go to this store.

Complete disregard for customer service by the store manager. I came in a rush 10 minutes before closing to select a paint as my painter advised last minute they would prefer Ben Moore over Behr and they start painting my cabinets tomorrow morning. I chose some samples and asked for Arielle's advice for one other gray color. She said "I'm closed, I can't help you". It wasn't only the words used but the tone and the attitude behind it. I've never been treated with such disregard. She advised she is the store manager. I'm working from home with two kids distant learning and if I could have come in earlier, I surely would have. I will not have my painter use Benjamin Moore on my project as a result. Spend your money in a store that has respect for their customers and a higher caliber of employees.
