I took a chance after seeing Naomi work on a client one day. I returned with my mid-teen daughter to get her first eyebrow wax. We just needed a simple cleanup of her eyebrows, and Naomi did it. She was very nice. Explained what she was doing, nonjudgmental, did not push her opinion, and valued how my daughter felt. Gave advice when needed. The best thing is she did such a fantastic job!!!! The area is inside Macys, close the the mall entrance. The booth area is clean and tidy. Looking around each of the stylist/waxer's area are clean and neat. Both ladies working there (including Naomi) were pleasant, aslways smiling, presentable, and it seemed their costumers that were there are regulars. We will definitely go back. Tip...if you use a credit card to pay, it won't let you tip. So bring cash.

I have been going to Tammy for years to get my brows and lip waxed. Tammy is professional and attentive to details. Most recently she took the time and went above and beyond to assist me with makeup application tips. I was really grateful. Tammy is very knowledgeable. Thank you again Tammy! I'll be back.

Came in looking like Fridah Kahlo and came out looking like a whole different person. Made an appointment online and you get to choose what time and beauty tech to do your brows. Since I needed my brows done asap, I just put no preference, and the time I was available. Get send out an email or text with app confirmation. I got my brows done by SARA. She does a great job. My brows look really nice and have gotten compliments from people.

I didn’t realize they offered brow lamination where have I been? Well I tried it and I love it. Like always I only trusted Naomi to touch my brows and she did an amazing job. Oh and did I say I love it?!?!!

Naomi did such a great job with my brows . This afternoon was my first time getting my brows done professionally after years of maintaining them with a razor on my own. Naomi tweezed my brows and enhanced my natural shape. She was also very friendly, informative, and accommodating. I am excited to go back for another session!
