I’ve been coming to Nikki for the past few years now for my brow/lip & I can’t imagine going to anyone else! She’s very kind, fun to talk to, and is great about walking me through everything when doing my brows. I cannot thank her enough for how well she does my them ❤️ she’s the best!

Highly recommend Lauren if you’re looking for a great brow service! She is great at what she does and she walks you through the process to make sure you are happy with her plan for your brows before she touches them. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Niki is the best! I have been to several other places for my brows, including other Benefit locations and no one has been as detailed or precise as her! Not only is she friendly and makes the appointment fun, she does incredible work. It’s really hard to find someone who I trust to take care of my brows and actually make them look so clean and natural. Really, she is an artist!

I got my eyebrows waxed today and they look absolutely perfect. Niki was fantastic and I will only be going back to her. I had explained my eyebrow disaster from a different place (not Ulta/Benefit) and she was great about asking what I want my brows to look like so I don’t have a repeat experience. She knew exactly what to do and I am just so happy with the experience and the results. I can’t express enough how great Niki is!! For anyone wanting to get their brows done here, she is THE person to go to.

I came to Ulta Saratoga for first time because it was close to my house. Lauren did my eyebrows, she’s awesome. I also received great tips for my eyebrows and products. I definitely recommend Lauren for any waxing services.

I absolutely love coming to get my eyebrows down here at the benefit bar. I have been jumping from place to place to get my brows, always having anxiety of how they might change, but I haven’t had it for the last year since I’ve been consistently going to Lauren at benefit. Niki at the benefit brow bar is excellent!I have sensitive skin so I get them tweezed because waxing irritates my skin. Niki is very talented, patient, and overall awesome at what she does. I always walk out happy with naturally arched eyebrows.

Niki at the benefit brow bar is the best! I started going to her in 2020 and never want to go to anyone else. She always makes my eyebrows look amazing. I also have very sensitive skin and can get rashes after waxing. But Niki does such a good job, my skin doesn’t break out.Usually haircuts make me super anxious, but not when I have Brittanie as my stylist. I had my hair highlighted with her for the first time, and I have never loved it more. When she cuts my hair she always keeps my length and still makes it look healthy! I only come here to get my brows done, exclusively by Niki! My brows are tricky to shape since they’re so curly, thin, and I have really sensitive skin but Niki always tweezes and shapes them to perfection. Not to mention, she’s so sweet and actually remembers her clients and their stories. I’ve been coming to her for a long time, and will be as long as Niki is there to take care of me :)
