This place is a little silly average clothes with prices that are a Joke. 100% more satisfying at TJ maxx Almaden. Sorry if you re-priced you would probably make allot more $$$

I would give it no stars as the staff at counter never greeted or made eye contact. Three women at the cashier and no one bothered to say hello. The items were over priced from shoes to jewelry to top it off. Customer service is not at all welcoming or helplful. Too bad since the neighboring stores are so thoughtful and nice. Wont ever be returning.

I receive emails from this boutique and if I like an item I call and it's held for me. It's a fun boutique with interesting and beautiful items. Thank you Jean for always helping me out with your stellar solutions and warm personality. I actually went into the store to find a specific dress from an email and almost walked out if Jean had not saved the day. Thank you to Debbie and Samantha? You have all been kind and attentive whenever I come in or call for assistance.

Such a gem! I love the fact that you can always find something new. The staff is so helpful and polite, they have perfected customer service. Bella James is my favorite shop in Willow Glen!

Such a perfect boutique store with great options in good quality. The ladies working there are so sweet and helpful in finding what I was looking for. This really is everything I want in a shop to find a cute winter look. It’s very clean and well laid out.

So snooty. Basic clothes for my taste. I was there for quite a while, and never greeted, or even smiled at! Like, not once! I left and went across the street to Boutique Dandelion with ONE girl working and we were provided with exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help us.

I have been shopping at Bella James since they first opened. Recently I became aware that they sell hats with real mink pompoms and real mink slippers. In this day and age, who still sells animal pelts as part of clothing? It is really quite disgusting that Bella James feels the need to sell items that use these poor exploited and tortured animals for pleasure. There are so many awesome faux fur options out there. I wrote to them and they did respond. Basically, their message back to me is go ahead and shop somewhere else, we're going to continue selling whatever we feel like selling. Shame on you for participating in the fur trade.

Sam went above and beyond to help fix a lost package issue! She was so kind and prompt helping me find a replacement. Amazing customer service! The sales associates wouldn’t even look at me and didn’t even greet me when I was browsing, I’m going to assume it’s because I’m plus size because I made eye contact with all of them and they just looked me up and down and walked away. But we’re very eager to help my slim sister in law, in fact they couldn’t help her enough. I get it, you don’t carry extended sizes but goodness, but you can greet me like you did as I watched everyone else come in, you couldn’t have avoided me more. Hope your poor taste in cloths and fat phobic workers take you far in business.
