Wish we had come here first! Beck's offers footwear that is both good for your feet and good-looking. What really distinguishes Beck's, however, are the patient and experienced staff. I came to Beck's with my mother, who has suffered from terrible foot pain, recently underwent surgery, and needed shoes to wear with her new custom orthotics. Freddy, our sales consultant, measured my mother's feet, discussed her experiences with her, offered multiple options for her try on, and carefully observed her walk. He showed us the right off-the-shelf insert for her and talked to her about the benefits of rotating inserts. At no point did he pressure her and he was highly respectful of her own experiences while offering his expert observations. We left after more than an hour with several pairs of shoes (at a great price), every one of which is more comfortable for her than any pair that she current owns. This visit to Beck's will help my mom to keep walking! I also got two casual pairs for myself and will be back for work-appropriate shoes.

we loved becks shoes!!!!!! beck was so kind and friendly and helped my friend try on allllll the sizes until she found that was indeed the first size!!! silly sally. ambienace and decor was simply exquisite, with shoes lining the windows!!! once again we were thrilled by becks shoes and you a life time customer!!!!

Customer service from the older sales person was horrible. (Cambrian location, Campbell area). I talked to a younger sales person(new hire) and mentioned to her I have a voucher for safety/Static Dissipating shoes for work namely a Birkenstock brand. She pointed to the sandals. So she asks the old arrogant sales guy and he says they don't carry a Birkenstock SD shoes. I mentioned that a coworker purchased the SD Birkenstock shoes yesterday at this store. I messaged my coworker to send me the picture of the Birkenstock shoes with the model. He sent it asap. Arrogant sales guy kept insisting they don't carry it and he says he's surprised it even passes SD. I talked to another employee at the store and showed him the text photo of the SD Birkenstock shoes and he said "we have those, let me check in the back for inventory". Guess what? He showed them to me but unfortunately it was 2 sizes too big for me. Before I left, there was a lady testing shoes and told her to be wary of the arrogant sales guy who helping her. Arrogant guy went to the back of the store. So I told her he's arrogant and go somewhere else. She said she noticed that about him and assured me that she's undecided if she's buying or not. I'm sure the ratings are correct,4.5 stars, unfortunately this experience is only a 1. End of rant.

My husband and son needed shoes for work and after visiting many other places, I'm sure glad we were able to find what we needed at Beck's. They have a huge selection of nonslip and metal toe shoes that are required in the workplace. James was very helpful and suggested the perfect shoes and orthotics for my men. They had a 40% off the second pair deal going on, so we got a great deal. Highly recommend this store for those working in food service. A pair of nonslip new balance shoes for my barista will be perfect!

Matt was super great at finding me the right fit. I think he was a general or regional manager because he knew a lot of history about the company, mentioned traveling to other stores, and had great insight into many of the brands. He was so kind, passionate, and definitely knew what he was talking about. Thanks, Matt!

Brigitte at Becks Shoes was the best, my feet are difficult to fit shoes for comfort, Brigitte was so helpful and patient and had amazing information on foot health

I'm going on a vacation and was looking for a good walking sandal. Bridget was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond trying to help me find the perfect sandal. I'll definitely be back.

Thank you for saving my feet! I have horrible plantar fasciitis. I had been in pain for a couple of years. I have tried several different brands with no improvement. I decided to try Beck. The woman (I don't remember her name) showed me what to look for in a shoe. We finally settled on a pair of Dansko sneakers. I eventually went back and bought a pair of Aetrex sandals and a pair of Dansko shoes. Within a couple of weeks, my feet were completely pain free! I can finally walk barefoot on a floor without being in horrific pain! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be back to buy another pair of sandals this summer.

Super friendly. My husband was exasperated after a long day of fails while shoe shopping, he wears a 13.5 and has insanely wide feet, hammer toes, the works. After bringing out almost every shoe they had that might fit him, he found a pair he loves. Pic was right before his magical moment, but you can see the pile of shoes they brought out for him! Would definitely steer people with giant extra wide feet!Side note: super cute women's orthotic dress shoes, I'll be bringing my mom here asap.

I am so thankful to found this store. They are a godsend for someone with foot pain! After trying other stores that seem bothered by you asking for a size, I was on the search for someone with a good selection, knowledge, and most importantly, a positive attitude.Toni helped me literally try every pair of work boots until I found the most comfortable pair. No pressure or attitude- just easy going, helpful, friendly attitude. She was genuinely interested in helping me find something comfortable. I am so thankful to have found this store, and especially, Toni! I can't recommend them enough! Great selection and a friendly attitude!

My husband and I went in to look for some work boots. The service was amazing! The lady who helped us was so kind and so funny. I didn't get her name but she said she was new to the store and her demeanor was just lovely. She was making jokes and took the time to help my husband find a good fit.
