I came in with my father's phone which was (as far as my dad and myself was concerned) in need of either repair or replacement. After listening to me describe its behavior for 30 seconds, Jamie said "oh, it sounds like the problem is just XYZ. We can fix that right here.". Sure enough, ten minutes later the phone was completely operational again. Jamie saved me tons of time and money with an honest and expert appraisal of my issue. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I needed to have my cracked phone screen replaced. Bay Area Phone Doctor got me right in and replaced it in about 15 min while I waited. They are conveniently located in Willow Glen with a large parking lot behind the office building they are located in. Quality service and friendly. Will definitely be back for any phone repair needs I have in the future.

I needed a battery replacement for an iPhone 7. Initially went to Best Buy, but they recommended an Apple dealer. Jamie's business came up first in my search. Called and he picked up immediately, gave me a quote, and was available to do the work. 1 hour transpired from my phone call and my returning home with a working phone. Appears to be a one man operation and that one man was affable and proficient. What more can you ask for?

Excellent service and value. I brought in two phones with crud in the charging ports. I had tried to fix them myself with tips online, but it didn't help. Brought them in here and got them both fixed quickly and for a fair price. I would definitely come back again.

Always fair prices fast service unless parts are needed to be order but they let you know and about how long love that they are local and down the street from my house right in Willow Glen and they are always helpful so when ever a friend or family ask where they should I go to get my phone fixed ?I always say go see Brian at Bay area phone doctors on Lincoln Ave San Jose he fixes my phones and my tablets with good prices

Phone S10+ I broke not only my screen but also my LCD. The owner placed in a replacement parts that came in next day. Got my phone repaired got it back in 1 day of time. Charged a very fair price in my opinion but i guess it an older model. I wont give 5 stars cause no one is perfect, but i had a good experience. So 4 stars.

Jamie is definitely fair in pricing. I had 2 phones repaired at his shop. I even came back when the phone he fixed dropped and he fixed it, kept his word with warranty. Unlike other places I’ve been to who always overcharges me. Thank you Jamie!
