Long overdue review, but Joe and Rodolfo are an exceptional class act to work with. From the moment we first met them years ago, they offer a stand out customer service experience that truly makes your business relationship feel valued. Even though it's marginally cheaper to wholesale purchase some supplies online, I have absolutely no problem paying a bit more to support another local business run by such an outstanding team.

Make sure you call before hand to make sure that they are open. Other than that I had a great experience for my first time. Joe was a great help with everything that I needed. I went today to pick up other things I forgot to get when I first visited because I was so overwhelmed with all the things they carried. They have it all! What a wonderful gem. This is what local shop is all about. Was greeted by Joe (great guy!). I came in to see what this place is all about. I was tired of going to autozone and such for expensive over the counter cleaners. I wanted what the pros use and boy did they have everything. From rupes to lake country pads to glass cleaners and brushes. Customer service from Joe was the best I've had in awhile. I've had 10-15 questions about detailing and he answered them all. He didn't know 1 question so guess what he did he called his rupes rep and got me straight. Great job Joe I will for sure be a returning customer!

The best place to buy all of your auto detailing supplies in the Bay Area! Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and has great passion for auto detailing. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase & will not try to sell you a product you don't need. I highly recommended this business!

Joe has the best customer service ever! Bay Area Car Care Products offers the whole P&S line of detail products. I got some great recommendations from Joe. He offered drinks and snacks. He also threw a couple free products, great way to start off with a potential commercial client. Thanks Joe, will definitely come back and keep getting products. 100% Recommended

One stop shop for all of your detailing needs. Not only will he get you everything you need but he’ll tell you how to use it correctly as well. If you want to detail your car and are unsure of what you need, I highly recommend coming here.
