Mr. Neer is really helpful, knowledgeable and always polite and reliable every time I've gone to him for servicing to changing my brake pads to fixing when my tire has issues, he has always been helpful, accommodating and available. Highly recommend him and his team

These folks are AWESOME. My husband and I can usually fix most of whatever is going on with our Honda, but we encountered something unknown and needed help. We called and they said they couldn't work on it immediately but to bring it in and take a look anyway. While checking things out, one of the mechanics noticed a little oil leak we didn't see and tightened it up real quick for us too. We were told to bring her back Wednesday, given a wonderful price quote for the labor and we're feeling much less stressed out about the entire thing. Thank you all so much!
Edit to add: had the service done and it was quick and they even charged us less than the original quote. Truly, thank you! ?

Super rude, called them for oil change, said come in and wait time is 45 mins and when i drove there, other guy was super rude. Don’t waste our time if you are busy

Highly recommend this shop, they have such wonderful service, and very reasonable. I trusted them with my brand new Mercedes, I was not disappointed at all I would ask for Inder!!! Thank you for being a reliable, honest and fair shop in our area. We appreciate good people like this, especially in our neighborhood.!

I have been taking my Mitsubishi to Bay Area Auto for many years. I have always been happy with the prompt and professional service, however what I appreciate equally is their honest approach. I never leave feeling as if I was charged for more than what my car needed. My husband now takes his BMW there. They have done a much better job than the BMW dealer ever did!

I've been driving cars for over 50 years and I've been to many repair shops. Bay area Auto service are very knowledgeable people and you can rest assured that you will never be overcharged for anything. I highly recommend this shop to everyone especially women who don't know much about mechanics because here they will not rip you off. I have been going to Bay Area Auto Service for the last four years and have had nothing but terrific service at a great price. I've had my brakes and two tune-ups (90K and 120K) done by them and the guys are great, honest, and reliable. I highly recommend them!

Inder took care of me today... there was a random rattle under my engine... he went on a test drive with me, went back to the shop, put my car on the lift, found it was the heat shield around the exhaust. Made some adjustments, fixed! He didn't want to charge me for the work. Good people.

Bay Area Auto replaced my worn front suspension on my 2013 Tesla Model S. The car has over 100k miles and had naturally worn parts. They were able to inspect and identify the parts that were worn and also replace those parts. I approached them as they have an excellent track record for great service at a fair price. We have been using the services of Bay Area Auto for well over a decade and they have never disappointed! Thanks for taking care of our vehicles!

Exceptional service. I called them to check on a car prior to purchasing it from a private party. It's amazing how accommodative they were. They immediately provided me appointment to inspect the car and did thorough work, inspection and providing report. If you are looking for auto service, look no further. They did not upsell ..just an awesome customer service. Thank you team.

"Honesty" - the one word that describes them and their work.Oscar has this great helping personality and gives you the correct and practical advice. He explains you in detail the work done by his people. The same goes for Quan and other too. They saved me more than $650 on my brakes and rotors for my Lexus !!Keep up the good work guys !
