“I came to this O'Reilly's because it's the closest to my house, and just in case I got stranded because of my car battery issues I would be able to get a jump here. I was immediately greeted by Tyler, big warm welcoming smile and was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. I needed to test my battery but figured it was time for a new one. I was unsure what my car needed as a battery, and Tyler was able to immediately let me know which batteries were able to fit into my vehicle. He gave me three options to choose from, and also offered of the warranty along with it. He made sure to also offer me mini accessories that I can add to my battery, and he also was able to switch out my batteries. He was able to switch out my battery in the course of 30 minutes while also helping out the rest of the customers that were inside the store very great multitasker and always greeted everyone with a great smile. “I've utilized O'Reilly Auto Parts for numerous years. I always find what I need there and at an affordable price. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had times where I needed help with a diagnostic and they were able to run a scan for sensors/fuses right there on the spot. Returns have been easy, when necessary. It is rare I don't find what I need there. This location superseded what I needed a few nights ago when I needed a starter many people don't stock. O'Reilly had it in stock and I was able to pick it up within about 30 min. Super happy to have my car running great and for helpful service. Thank you once again!”
“Friendly customer service, centrally located in a large shopping center surrounded by delis, fast food restaurants, etc, it's at the corner of Story and King Rd, San Jose, Ca, minimal waiting in line, clean hallways and shelves are fully stocked, very helpful and willing to exchange any defective part under warranty, unlike O'Reillys on Alum Rock Av, that has a 90 day warranty policy, even if the part has a 5yr warranty, they will not exchange the defective part, regardless if the extended warranty still in effect,”

“Their customer service for an auto parts store was actually really damn good. I just needed a couple jugs of windshield washer fluid, and was driving by so I stopped in. I was immediately greeted, by the two staff members who seemed engaged with the store, they checked in with me but I already knew what I needed. I've come here in the past for stuff and have always had a positive experience (2nd closest location to my house). They have always been eager to help - I think I needed oil last time, but the one I was looking for was out. They dropped what they were doing to dig into another box to find me what I was looking for. Most OReilly locations in my experience are actually pretty decent (like the one on blossom hill) but the staff here really stands out. Other chains like the one across the street... not so much.”
“Some things shouldn't be so highly overpriced no matter what type of niche you fulfill for the public. I mean the day I pay almost double and in some cases even more for the exact same item I can get at another store, I'd appreciate someone giving me a slap of common sense so I can come back to reality.”

“Since the battery probably died due to its advanced years, once we got the car jump started, we got the battery replaced at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I think he was the only person there Sunday evening, but he replaced it quickly, which we really appreciated; I didn't want to get with another jump start the next morning.”
