First time dealing with Batteries Plus. They had exactly the batteries I needed for my facility's fire alarm system and they made sure I knew about the core return policy. I'll be dealing with them again in the future!

I purchased an 80Ah name brand AGM battery from here for a hefty chunk of change. The battery they gave me was the floor model which had been put through significant abuse as part of their customer demonstrations, rather than one which was new in box. They were unable to answer simple questions about its specs.
They sold me a charger with it. It was a maintenance charger, so I plugged it in and forgot about it for a while. When I checked back, I discovered that it had undercharged the battery to 12.5V rather than the desired 14V+, which means that my battery may be permanently damaged. Some subsequent digging on the specs of the battery and charger revealed this mismatch. What an expensive mistake.

The store (on Steven Creek in San Jose) did not honor the warranty.
I bought a battery from this store about a year ago (early 2023) for my RV.
My RV parked on my driveway last 3-4 months (during the winter time). Now, the battery does not start. I brought the battery back to the store. The store manager literally said to me that because I did not maintain the battery properly he is not going to do anything. He basically said that I got to drive my RV around every few weeks or so to maintain the battery properly.
The battery is well within the warranty time of 2 years. It’s very disappointing that this store did not do anything for me. I would not come back to this store, given that I bought a total of 4 batteries last 2 years or so from this store.
I went and spoke to a auto part store. They said they would have swapped a new battery for me in this case. I am very sure that Costco would have done the same thing.

I went in to replace bottom speaker and get new battery on my phone they managed to break my screen in the process and sell me not 1 but 2 faulty batteries take your phone elsewhere. Pay more and avoid headache. they should probably stick to what they know best selling faulty batteries.

Walk in and my order placed were ready for pickup. He even volunteered to test the new batteries to make sure mine were good, giving me a peace of mind and satisfaction.
