I had a bad experience shopping at the Eastridge location. The employees talk badly about their customers in front of other customers.

I visited the store located in Eastridge this past Sunday while I had my teenage daughters with me. I was getting ready to make my purchase when I heard a male employee say negative things about them. He told another employee that, "they were just there to look pretty and take selfies". I was a bit shocked as to why he would immediately judge them, or anyone for that matter. My daughters were doing nothing wrong and they were not taking selfies, but if that were the case, I don't see how that hurts the business (or anyone). On the contrary, it exposes Bath and Body Works and helps boost business. My daughters are kind, intelligent, hard-working, and happy. I still don't understand why anyone just spews their judgment upon others without knowing them. Not to say, that his behavior was highly unprofessional. It's sad because Eastridge stores seem to be struggling. I was just trying to help my local businesses. I will order online from now on.

Its sometimes hit & miss. I really wanted new car freshners, but they had a very limited selection. The good thing was it was 40% off today on every. Grabbed a few Halloween goodies. Worth my while to come!
