The employees here are rude and unfriendly. The place was slow and the 1 ladies kept on talking /standing & chit chatting with her Asian cø-works regardless customers were waiting. Then when we went to the bank teller she was just cold and told us if we want a checking then $10 fee, money order $5fee. That wasn't part of the bank of the west I signed up for. Time to transfer/move my account out of BMO!!

I have been coming to this branch for a long time and the customer service is very bad. Always long waiting times. They usually have only one or two tellers working. They usually have a lot of people like 4 or 5 behind the counters (whatever is called) and there are usually only 1 or 2 people helping. Last week I came it was like a 20 minute wait. Today it was over a 10 minute wait. Still in the line a lot of people behind me all the way to the door. Being in other branches before and it does not take that long. Do better BMO/BOTW

Has 3 walk-up ATM machines with plenty of Handicap parking. The line inside the bank is usually okay ? and the tellers are friendly and helpful.

Horrific wait times, exhausted and demoralized-looking staff, and managers who lack customer service skills. I was so fed up that I left the bank and drove to another one because the atmosphere was so depressing. I will never set foot in this bank again. Something has to be done by management to spruce up the entire operation. Those tellers look really despondent and checked out.

This bank is very bad, I have opened an account at this bank for a long time, more than 15 years and they have all my information but for some reason, they still ask me to update the date and it makes no sense to close my account without my consent.

Thumbs up! In a flash, Samantha Collins solved three problems created at another bank branch. I have a business checking account and a personal checking account and both had been blocked. To make matters worse the debit card for the business account was sent to the wrong address and I was not able to make payments and purchase things. Samantha updated my bank accounts with the right information, updated my password for one that actually worked and requested that a debit card for my business checking account be sent to the right address in a very short time. In the past I have used other banks I ended up not liking and I even got money stolen at a Washington Mutual branch a long time ago. Bank of the West and Specially the one on 3081 Mckee Road in San Jose, is my number 1 bank. Thank you Samantha Collins.

The tellers in the McKee location ARE SO RUDE! I will not be coming here again. The personal banker who tried to assist me was also very rude.

Worst bank of the west branch ever! No matter what day and time, there's always a line. They only have 2 people working at the register box. It's unbelievable! I live across the street and sometimes I go to the Milpitas branch.

This bank had a not so good reviews but honestly they should have a 5 stars rating Samantha is super cool and nice and very helpful and knowledgeable she will go to a certain extent to help and accommodate you on your banking need keep up the good work Sam excellent customer service !
