Employees don’t want to work. I asked if they can print my bank statement and the lady cut me short in a rude manner and said “I’m busy doing something you can make a appointment instead.”

I was never impressed with Bank of the West but my experience with BMO has not been any better. I bank at this location based on convenience and Nancy (teller) has always been kind and super helpful. However, the last two times I’ve came I noticed 2 new tellers. Today’s experience was hard to look pass. Branch opened at 10am, I came in at 10:50am and was told the ONE teller that has active login was on break. 50mín in? Even so, why wasn’t the second person logged in? He was eating and while chewing, tried to small talk with me while I waited for him to login. A bit pass 5 mins and the system is not letting him log in….i have up and walked out. Why do you have two tellers and only one login? Especially if that person went on break? Oh and don’t get me started on the ATM machine there…..it’s slower than my grandma turning on a computer. Bye!

The male bank manager is insane. He was walking around, chatting with security guard and had nothing to do and he still rejected to help us open an account. I don’t know how they hire this kind of people for work.

Argued with me about what constitutes a legal document and kept saying the original document wasn't professional enough because it wasnt a printed document. This document was created in the 1960s and had the state seal and original wet signatures, but because it wasn't printed on computer paper its "not a real document" and "unprofessional". Then the other banker starts arguing that it's not a real document. Very bad service.

This location SUCKS. The 2 older ladies that seem to be the only ones who work there are sooooooo ssssllllooooowwwwwww. They are so outdated too. If you have a business account the atm doesn't work and their pin pad doesn't work so they have to enter the information manually. Everything here is such a time waster but what really gets me is the slow service. If there's even just 5 people ahead of you you have to be prepared to waste 30 minutes of your precious time even with 2 tellers. Needless to say I closed my account today, such slow service in this day and age is just incredible and completely unacceptable.

Don't trust this bank with your money. Don't trust anything they say regarding your money. They only care about themselves and whatever scheme they have to steal your money. The classic bait and switch. You agree to pay a certain amount of money and than they come back a couple weeks later and say it is 7 times more. When you ask for a refund of the difference they say nope. They blame you and don't take responsibility for what the tellers quoted. Never have I seen such disrespect of a customer as they shown here. Awful, awful customer service.

I would give this branch negative stars if possible. The branch manager is cold and uncaring. The service, if you call it service, is very slow. The tellers are untrained. The the teller makes a mistake.. oh well.. the customer has to deal with it. The teller error cost me $140 and they shrugged it off. Do not go here. Choose any other bank. This branch will treat you poorly, guaranteed.

Horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost. Very slow. The customer is not number one here. Your money is. They will do whatever they can to cheat you out of your money. Take your money to a different bank.

Bank of the Worst customer service. Super slow. The customer is never right, even when the bank admits what they did was wrong. The new BankoftheWest in downtown San Jose is much better. This place is horrible. Three bad impressions (strikes) and I won't be back. Please send your business and money elsewhere.
