She couldn't assist me with everything yesterday, but she told me to come back the next day when they first opened and was able to get the rest of my banking needs taken care of since it wasn't busy. Marisol was an empathetic listener who was always willing to go out of her way to check every resource that was available to her,even filing multiple complaints on my behalf and getting the phone number and extension of my case manager. I am grateful. The issue was finally fixed (and WF payed interest on their mistake to the affected customers) and I can't be more than thankful that I was guided by such a caring banker. “The bank tellers are all nice but the one bank teller that stands out the most and is always cheerful would be Julie. She is very sweet and helped me twice for what ever I needed to be done. I walked out feeling great! I like going here during my lunch because it's less busy compared to the afternoon. At most I waited maybe 15 minutes. Sometimes it's hard for me to find parking so I loop around few times or just parked very far. It's a good location because it's next to my work place, the gas station, and the village oaks plaza. Also has a drive thru atm window.”

“I was hesitant to book an appointment here after reading all of the reviews, and didn't have much choice because most other nearby banks were fully booked weeks out. I can't speak for all transactions, but I can give my experience. Although I wasn't greeted, I walked up to a teller (of the three total on a Monday morning) and asked about an appointment, where I was gestured to their seating. Being not too busy, I was quickly helped out by Tam, who resolved my issue pretty quick and I was out in 10 minutes. Overall staff were cordial and swift. I was surprised this location has such bad reviews but maybe I came in at the right time.”

“This is now my 2nd time coming into this branch and have been helped by Shruti both times. I have to say she makes banking sooo easy and enjoyable. No one likes going to the bank, but she is so pleasant and helpful that she makes it such a good experience. She seems like she genuinely cares about her customers and has such a positive attitude. I had called to ask if they had any $2 bills since they're so rare in general and she even held me $200 worth in the branch for me to come pick up. She remembered me from my 1st visit and was so nice to save them for me and exchange for new bills. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it!! I have had some bad teller experiences and she makes banking so much better. Bravo to Shruti!!”
“First off, I've been going to Golden 1 my whole life, and a big reason I've never changed banks is that the staff is always accommodating and friendly. Last Tuesday, I went into the Credit Union to do a wire transfer, and I was greeted by Quinnesha Powell. I need to give a shoutout to Quinnesha because she was accommodating, friendly, and patient. This was my first time doing a wire transfer, and I asked Quinnesha if she could triple-check the routing numbers, which she was more than happy to do. Quinnesha made the process very smooth and easy, and I can't thank her enough.”
