The worst customer service here. ALWAYS. Denied taking rolled coins because they didn’t have space ? They have a place to store money right? What is the difference of rolled coins. And of course the woman who denied them did not have a name tag. This branch has always had the worst customer service, rude and unprofessional at all times. Only reason to come back is because it’s the nearest location but it definitely should be closed due to its service.

Inadequate staffing, line of 12 people and only 1 bank teller. Took over 45 minutes to speak to the teller. Please hire more to provide better service. Thank you

The worst Bank of America I ever visited, no teller services every time says we don't have system or no one is available to attent and the two only people working in this bank are very rude, absolute the worst bank of america to visit.

I do t do reviews but,Today I visited the Bank of America branch and was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and the rude behavior of one of the employees.Upon entering the bank, I was surprised to find that there were no teller employees available to assist customers inside the branch. This lack of service was frustrating, but what was even more disheartening was the interaction I had with an Asian employee that was standing there when I approached her with some questions. Instead of providing assistance, she was dismissive, disrespectful and outright rude, making me feel unwelcome for simply seeking information on my account. 3 other persons came inside seeking help and she was so rude to them too.In my opinion, if the bank is unable to provide adequate staffing and a welcoming environment for customers, it would be better to close the inside service altogether rather than subject patrons to disrespectful treatment.I hope that the bank will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the customer experience at this branch. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I believe that it is essential for the bank's reputation and customer satisfaction.

the Vietnamese woman employee , I think her name is Han Vu, is very rude and disrespectful and she said she would help me with something and complete the task to resolve my issue but never did, I feel lied to, especially since I drove fifty minutes to get here

Website says free notary services. Made me come three times and still didn't get my lease notarized. First time made an appointment online for the afternoon to get my lease notarized but was told the proper notary took the day off. They told me to come back the next day. Made another appointment and when I arrived they told me they cannot help me because my lease document was not complete and I didn't have a witness and it's for BOA documents only. They were not professional and asked me if I had a notarial certificate, a proper notary is supposed to have that and provide it themselves. Not helpful at all and wasted my time.

Re bad service. Today I was at 3:30 pm and the advisor who was helping people, he lacked home education, hello, good afternoon, welcome, his mouth hurts, he just told me we don't speak Spanish, discriminating for being Latino, today in the middle of 2023 where everyone has a translator and a simply, look I can't help you with the translator but I know such a place that if a friend speaks Spanish. Noooo he just told me no Spanish and left me talking to myself, what a terrible service?????

I booked an appointment right when they opened, and there was no wait time. The associate there knew exactly what we needed and how to help us, and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Overall it was a very easy and seamless experience.

I was hesitant to book an appointment here after reading all of the reviews, and didn't have much choice because most other nearby banks were fully booked weeks out. I can't speak for all transactions, but I can give my experience. Although I wasn't greeted, I walked up to a teller (of the three total on a Monday morning) and asked about an appointment, where I was gestured to their seating. Being not too busy, I was quickly helped out by Tam, who resolved my issue pretty quick and I was out in 10 minutes. Overall staff were cordial and swift. I was surprised this location has such bad reviews but maybe I came in at the right time.

We have a business account with this bank , sometimes we need to run errands to a quickest way possible, but making a deposit to this bank is a long wait a least 30 mins, only 2 tellers and many customer in the line . I'm thinking to serious to close this account with them and choose another more convenience bank like chase they are fast and very friendly .
