I recently visited the branch of Bank of America and had a disappointing experience with one of the clerks. When I sought assistance with my credit card debt, the clerk Bao Chau was unhelpful and judgmental. Instead of offering support, she made me feel embarrassed and anxious.
Specifically, when I explained my financial difficulties, Bao Chau responded with a negative tone and suggested I pay in cash if I couldn't manage my debt. This was not the kind of empathy and understanding I expect from a financial institution. I find her tone to be unprofessional and threatening.
I hope Bank of America will take steps to improve their customer service and train their staff to be more supportive and understanding. Until then, I would caution others to be prepared for a similar experience.

Never has their line open for their Business customers anymore. They just don’t bother with moving the stands. When asked they say “ohhh we may just be waiting on more people” each time I have to leave and come back and forth due to the long lines and business customer line not being open it hurts my buisness.
Do better! Be honest!

Visited the branch to close a few accounts with BoA. The banker, Mrs. Tran, was very professional and polite. On one hand express how much they value the customers, on the other hand make the process very smooth. Excellent customer service!

I went to change my legal name on my credit card. The first time I met Danny Vo, he is very kind. But until he teaches me, I was confused on where I press it. If you want to change your legal name, there's a financial center but you need to make an appointment for it. Thank you to Danny Vo for your help with my legal name change on my card.

Bank of America on eastridge loop has a rude assistant manager. He's a bit of a prick. Of course there was no manager around to complain to about him.

There was 3 tellers by the time I have got in line the line had 7 people ahead of me but the line went quick. Lucas the teller had helped me deposit my check, service was very quick.

You guys are trash. My grandmother has her passport and other important papers in her security box and you guys won't replace the key or give her another one because she lost it, instead she has to wait 2 weeks for a locksmith plus, has to pay for it too and she has to leave the state soon. Terrible service and super long line too

I haven't been to this location. I took my sister to get an account open. We made an appointment online for 10am. It's 10:20am and we haven't been seen. What's the point of an appointment if there was no signage or persons to check in appointment. Everyone was busy. The line was out the door. The facility looks clean and well kept. They had a lady at the front but she was busy with a client already. There is a lounge area in front of each cubicle. But again there wasn't check in system where people can check in to let their agents know that their appointments are here. We were seen finally at 10:30am. The man manager finally got us to meet with Vy Nguyen. We spent a few minutes explaining to her what we already did. It seemed like they are not verse with the online application processing. We filled out the application with the application Id. All we need is verification from a BOA agent before we can submit the application. I guess this is the price you pay for a $100 online bonus for opening the account. Jesus is all I'm saying. Well I guess the highlight here is that there are many Vietnamese speaking staff at this location. Vy also got us a direct deposit form for her employer. Anyways, overall the appointment was set from 10-11am. At the rate vy is going...we will be done by 11:30am. I just hope everything was done right and we didn't have any issues bc I live in sacramento and only come home once in a while to do things like this. Vy said she would reach out 1-2 days to check on my sister about her account access and all that. Im impressed at that level of care. Lets see if it actually happens.

Very bad… I went there yesterday and want deposit some cash , the Teller did not know how to do it she call the supervisor to help her.. Juan was his name , he was unprofessional and the way he talk to client was so rude.. I’m so disappointed , I’m customer for so many year now I will cancelled my account and change to another bank..

Stopped off here to do some banking stuff. The line to enter was very long and moved super slowly so after 15 minutes...I bailed.

Great experience. The agent took time to explain things and all the options for different bank cards ? the service is great. People they took care of us ?? and received us very well. The experience was good ? I highly recommend this place and I don’t know why the rating is so low. Again I don’t work for Bank of America ??
