Customer service at this branch is really bad; I have been a BoA client for over 20 years, yet I have never had a bad experience as I have had at this location recently. For example, today two individuals/associates that were one was simply standing around doing nothing and the other one was sitting on his desk looking around and killing time, neither was welling to help brake $100 bill, but they both simply tell me to stand in a long line at the teller. I have been at many BoA branches and even at banks (institution) that I do not do banking with them and they tend to help as soon as one enters their branch. It seems that this branch has a systematic issue that is not being addressed and possibly due to management being laid back!

Dear Manager and Every one,I am writing to address a profoundly disappointing experience I recently encountered with the service at BOA. As a regular customer, my expectation was to receive pleasant service; however, my interaction with one of your staff members, Hanh, was far from satisfactory. When I inquired about the availability of new bills for exchange, instead of a polite response, she rudely dismissed me, stating she didn't have the time to assist.Having previously worked in the service industry, I understand the importance of effective communication and customer care. It's crucial not to convey unavailability or irritation to customers. Taking a brief break is more appropriate than responding in a manner that might offend patrons.I feel compelled to bring this matter to the attention of management and highlight the need for improved customer service standards at BOA. My family has been loyal to BOA for four generations, spanning back to my great-grandfather's time. However, this is the first instance where I've encountered such disappointing service from an employee, Hanh, who appears to harbor a disdain for customers. I've witnessed other customers similarly dissatisfied due to her apparent disregard for her responsibilities.I sincerely hope that my feedback can instigate a positive change. I respect Hanh's privacy and won't share her picture. Yet, I wish to emphasize her name and her position as a service personnel member, specifically at the cash withdrawal or currency exchange counter. She appears to be around 50 years old and of Vietnamese descent.Thank you for considering my feedback.Sincerely,Lam

This bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I went in there with an issue were an ATM had been tampered with apparently, and they refused to help me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said she wasn’t going to do anything about it, that I had to contact my own institution to get the matter straightened out. They’re rude and they’re racist and they’re more concerned with talking with each other than they are with dealing with customers. I’m going to take this complaint all the way up to corporate level.

Very unsatisfactory customer service. I went in to cash a check and the Female teller was so rude and didn’t even let me cash it because she was being racist and discriminatory. I ended up cashing it no problem at another Bank of America whom provided the best service no issues. I will not be returning and highly recommend not coming to this unprofessional! I

All the ladies at the register said they are unable to give me quarters for cash. Simply because I don't have an account with Bank of America. I do not recommend banking with this branch or any BofA branch because of this incident. And this is yet another reason why I will never open an account with Bank of America. Very unhealthy to the general public. They don't make money when you exchange currency with people who don't have an account so they deny you. My bank was closed today so I thought I would try this opened bank. I won't be doing this here again.

Parking during business hours is horrible. I don't go inside the bank unless I have to. Honestly, the reason why I started coming to this one is because I was having problems with the BofA on McKee & Toyon (bank was closed for a very long time + my debit card got hacked using this location). Seems like whenever I come to use the ATM's, there's always lines despite there being 4 machines. Then I realize because very often, there are problems with at least 1 of them sometimes 2 of them. Often times they're out of order or are not dispensing cash at that moment.

Berryessa Bofa Branch is a complete joke. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I went to this location because it is in my neighborhood and is the closest one. But, I now avoid it at all cost. Here is my story: 1) The bank tellers here are super rude and condescending. A notable example is Hạnh. In November of 2022, I went to this Bofa in order to withdraw a few thousand dollars and I met Hạnh, the bank teller. I did not like the way she communicated with me or any other customers. I think she might have a superiority complex! Subsequent visit was no better. Every time I went to this location, I always met Hạnh and she always found a way to ruin my day with all her obnoxious and condescending talk. 2) The first story is not as infuriating as the second story. SO I found out that the credit advisors at this location are as rude and condescending as their bank tellers. They are also super incompetent. Last year, I lost thousand of dollars due to my account being compromised (hacked). I went to this bofa location in order to seek help and I met Thuy Hoang. I told her about my situation and the lost funds and she started to victim blame. She berated me and told me that it was completely my fault that I lost the money and the bank would not do anything to help. Guess what? I went to another Bofa location and they helped me to retrieve the stolen funds (down to the last penny). I am now a much happier and sane man ever since I stopped coming to this Berryessa Bofa Branch. Although I have to drive further than I would, but I am happy with my decision to ditch this location. Listening to rude, condescending, and incompetent people (Thuy Hoang, her cohorts and the bank tellers at this location) talk is infuriating to be honest and I don't want my mental health to deteriorate.

Need more tellers to help with our services. Our time of standing in line is priceless. Please put more tellers on the window. Thank you

I know the top leaders at BofA know how important capacity management is all about. Hwr, the teller line is alway long and I have been waiting for 20+ min as of now. They may try to migrate customers toward digital banking but there're certain activities can only be done in person. Two possibilities I can think of: they dont care about customers or they're stupid even I dont think the latter is the case. What's your thought?

This is my neighborhood bank that I dread to go to. Long lines, and you wonder why...only 1 person working.

As a retired BoA employee I am embarrassed by the wait time for a teller at this location. 8 people in front of me (one just gave up) with 2 tellers. It's lunch time. Staff accordingly.

Recently they renovated and looks great inside. But far poor service. I make a appointment and still waited 30mins to sitting on their nice sofa. Excuse me, plz spend effort on customer service rather than putting good looking sofa.

Terrible customer service. Today I came to this location to withdraw some money and the teller, Hanh, was super rude. Worst Bofa location ever.
